Guest Houses in Borjomi

This was the most welcoming and friendly guesthouse I've ever stayed in. I'm speechless at how well the family took care of me. They also helped me with the rest of my trip planning. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

We were passing through Borjomi and only wanted to visit the springs, but Grandfather Tamaz Shotaevich, a former school director who is known and respected by the whole town, showed us Borjomi not only as a place with water springs, he took us to a park where we barbecued, shot guns, and had a great time, visiting the local attractions, but there's one thing: he didn't ask us for money, we are very...

Very friendly people are waiting for you! Easy communication, no incorrect information, room and other facilities are nice!

It's run by an old lady. She is hospitable and warm. The location is very close to Borjomi National Park. On our check in, our room was very clean and neat. The interiors are well kept, although from the exterior it seemed as some old hut. She also went above and beyond to offer Tea/Coffee during our stay there. Would highly recommend this budget friendly stay!

Clean environment with friendly hosts English and Russian speaking

Very pleasant stay, very good location and good value for money. Comfortable bed and very nice host, definitely recommend 👌

Excellent location, cheap price, Natalia is very nice, knows English and is an excellent host! A comfortable bed and a homely and good atmosphere

Good guest house, everything is clean and the hostess is clean and cheerful and responsive.

Amazing guesthouse, beautiful garden, great hospitality. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly. Great location, we had a wonderful time here.

Lovely place, clean and neat. helpful owner and he speaks English.

People are helpful. They speak English. Rooms are clean. Food is good

Great hospitality, clean rooms, reach and very tasty breakfast. Always ready to help. Mirza and his family treated us like falimy. For sure our next visit in Borjomi we'll stay here.

Yes indeed everything is green in this guest house. And the more important was the hosting family very warm, welcoming and smile to you at all times. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend it. Thanks to Mr Mirza and his wonderful family! Rashed Hait

Update regarding the heating system: they have one ! The place was very clean. We had the room on the second floor to the left next to the kitchen and it was warm , bright with large windows , cozy and pretty (old looking) interior. The room itself can be locked. Bathroom is not ensuite but you kind of have your "own" since there are two bathroom and two bedrooms in the second floor. Kitchen is shared...

It was really nice to stay in a 100 years old house. As you can imagine, not everything is new but you're not going to Borjomi to stay at home anyway, are you? The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The hosting family is very nice. The owner offers a regional tour and speaks good English. We felt very welcome and if we're back in Borjomi, we'll surely stay here again! Thank you!

A wonderful, cosy, comfortable stay at a lovely home. Great location, price, very hospitable home owners, homely atmosphere, beautiful area. We'd love to go back!

I had a day trip with Beso to the following places: - Vardzia Cave City - Khertvisi Fortress - Rabati (Akhaltsikhe) Castle - Atskuri Fortress - that’s a ruin but managed to climb up! - Slesa Fortress (just from outside) - Green Monastery (Mtsvane Monastery) We left at 8am and returned just around 6.30pm. He speaks English and is a kind guy. He reassured me that I didn’t expect me to hurry up at the...

Really amazing guesthouse with amazing and friendly hosts. They have maps, give advice and can also arrange tours at decent prices. The breakfast is really worthwhile and the food is great 👍 Beds are OK and on the sturdier side, shower and bathroom are super clean. Nice garden and very friendly dog also!

Highly recommended! Besso and Nana are such lovely and accommodating hosts, from the moment I arrived they made me feel at home. They kindly let me use the facilities in the house, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center, and with a lovely garden. I had an amazing stay.

Very good, very pleased :) All was excellent - location, interior, cleanliness, facilities; everything went smoothly. Would recommend and stay again 👍

Homely conditions, nice and helpful hosts, they organize trips, kitchen available

Nice, clean and comfy rooms and bathroom, very close to the park and 10 mins walk to bus stop. But that is not the reason we will definitely come back to this place. The main reason is the owner. A great host, with whom you can talk for hours. He can help you with anything and arrange anything you need. If you want to see places and enjoy the attractions that are unique, very georgian and not available...

Extremely simple rooms with shared bathroom. Still okay for the money. Beware of tours with the owner. He is an extremely unpleasant person who wanted to force a 50% surcharge on the agreed price, for example, halfway through the journey. I was forced to accept an increase of 25%. What a business practice. Greatest caution

The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day. The hot spring near Vardzia is warmer and more interesting than in Borjomi itself :)

Good hostel. Purely. Located on the mountain, gorgeous view from the room. In the dark, but with the navigator could not get up, all the time came to a dead end, but the owner went down and met. Very welcome. Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it. Thanks recommend!

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Borjomi for one day, and Nana took us in, told us everything, and showed us around. She's a very kind and responsive host. If we return, we'll definitely stay here.

Well, if not for the lady assisting me, I would have said the place is a very big disappointment. The location is up the hill that if you walk to it, you will get easily exhausted. There is no heater in the room but the futons are perfectly warm. The toilet us very clean and big. You will need to pass by the room of the man caring for the hostel if you plan to cook or heat something up.

Incredible hosts made it an outstanding experience. Would highly suggest

I loved it..super hospitality from the host and amazing view from the top

I really recommend coming here. You will get the most amazing view in Borjomi. The place itself is beautiful and clean. You get everything you need (including a kitchen for yourself). And most important, the hostess is a very sweet and kind person. She treated me like family, was very caring and always brought treats to the room. Excellent place, highly recommended!

+ Very good hosts, good! The best GustHaus in Georgia! Bed snow-white! Everything is clean, neat. Hostess Batono Julia fed a very tasty stewed chicken, grape juice and more wine and chacha suggested, I refused. Cheap, quiet, very beautiful view of the mountains. Quiet Quarter. Thank you for everything! :) +

Loved it. Good hosts. The room is clean. Gave water from the road. Internet is fast. And generally good in Borjomi.

Very cozy guesthouse. We stayed on the 2nd floor, beautiful view, nice size room for two. Two small supermarkets nearby, super convenient. The host is extremely nice and welcoming. Loved our stay here

Nice, cozy and quiet place, hospitable host Nino always there to help you and offer a bottle of a great red wine. The room has own kitchen and bathroom so that is really convenient. I believe it's a great place to visit in summer but as for winter room may seem a little bit cold though it has a heater.

Excellent guest house, the accommodation itself is great. The room was big enough and clean. The balcony is super nice and the bathroom is shared but is big, clean and everything worked. The people now. Nino is an amazing host doing a great job. She did everything she could to make me comfortable and it worked, I really felt at ease. Her kids are really nice as well and her husband took me for a day...

Very nice and friendly home with a perfect weather and safe atmosphere. I feel myself as in home. The owner Nino and Timur are really friendly and taking care of every minor details to keep you happy :). The design of rooms are different but they are neat and organized. The view is amazing. Also, their garden so beautiful with the flowers and grapes everywhere. I stayed one night and I have stayed...

It is perfect location in Borjomi, you can walk to 5 min to go to the Borjomi Park Owner is so kind. Rooms are so clean, it was so important for in Crona virus time, rooms view is so so nice, mountain view, When you wake up from your bed you can see the mountains, it,s like you are in clouds, If i come back to Borjomi i will come hier again, Oh i forgot to tell, when we checked in she gave us so delicious...

The host was very kind en hospitable. The room was clean.

Giorgi was an amazing host... Great location a little away from the heart of the city..

Excellent place for your vacation. Amazing family situation... Recommend by; Georgian_Vacation

What an amazing stay I had with my wife in Giorgi House . This is my 2nd time visiting Georgia and couldn’t not come to experience Borjomi mountains . Giorgi is Always helpful and professional and his Family are very kind . Thank you Giorgi If you are visiting Georgia I really recommend visiting Giorgi House and the BBQ facilities as well .

Mamuka and Giorgi are very good hosts… everything is clean and well maintained. We stayed for 6 Nights and it was great! Don’t miss to try the Breakfast or Dinner! We also loved the two lovely dogs 😊

The house is so comfy and convenient, very nice yard, friendly dogs and nice mountains views, good terrace, the host is super friendly, she gifted us with a Chiken BBQ, I wish I had more time to stay there! RECOMENDED!!!♥️

Incredibly nice hosting! Very helpful with everything. The room was clean and comfortable! The view from the common balcony amazingly beautiful. There are two dogs in the property whose also super sweet! Highly recommended!

One of the must see attractions in Georgian city of Borjomi

Borjomi park is amazing and has lot to offer I would recommend to go any moth and any time it’s just amazing

Wonderful in winter, tickets lady doesn't speak English. Security man on the gate was very friendly. 3rd time to me there and it is remarkable place.

must visit place in borjomi. the park is famous for the natural mineral water. all say the water has lot of medical values. outside the park People sell bottles if at all you liked to carry the water . park has lot of games for kids. only operational in summer though. you can walk and spend an all evening there

Lovely place to visit, sit and enjoy the calmness, sound of leaves and birds

Nice place. Try real not bolted sparkling water Borjomi here. A lot of cafés, but they at low level. Nice walking and recreation place!

Recommend. Warmly comfortable. Not expensive.

This is one of the best places to settle in and rest for a vacation. I personally think that everything is perfect. It is in the forest which gives you a good view of the city. It is really peaceful and awesome in there. I TOTALLY recommend this one to EVERYBODY. - Nana Goglodze

Nice and clean place enough to 7 people have a kitchen and a bathroom and one of the owners of the house respectful provide you with the assistance of all the best garden suitable for children

Gorgeous place to stay in Borjomi! We had a lovely big room with private kitchen and bathroom. The place is very tidy and cozy. On top of that we had a fantastic view on Borjomi! The host is very friendly, helpful and welcoming! Thank you! ☺️

I will tell you honestly. By far this is one of the best, most comfortable and modern places I’ve stayed at in Georgia. This is after I have stayed in atleast 4 towns as a traveller. It has everything one needs - a kitchenette, with kitchenware, washer, hair dryer (I travelled with my wife), a real double bed (not like two single beds combined). The owner, Akaki, works during the day and didn’t bother...

If you are finding an ideal budget friendly small hotel this is the perfect place. From the guesthouse windows you have great Georgian mountains view at your fingertips. The location is walking distance to the city center, as well as some other town sightseeing. Guesthouse has comfy accommodations, neat rooms with very comfortable beds. Hosts were so friendly, they went over and beyond to help...

There are very good rooms, equipped with everything, there is peace around and the forest is also here

I stayed in the room on the second floor. And though it doesn't have a view, it's very modern and comfortable. It has everything you need, like a small apartment: lots of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine! I also loved that the forest is just 2 mins away. Great for short evening walks and sunset watching. It's better to have a car to get around, as the guesthouse is...

Very comfortable, cosy, best hosts, great views, calm neighborhood. Recommend to visit 🤩

Cozy guest house with nice, friendly owners.

Nice guest house. The atmosphere is like home, which is valuable in another Country. Valeria is a sympathetic hostess, she will tell you everything and with excellent Russian))) The kitchen has everything you need, you can pleasantly sit in the yard under the vineyard

Its a nice cozy place. Just with unit kitchen

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

Absolutely perfect in all aspects.such wonderful hosts .Everything you may need to cook is kept there .He has well planned and utilised the space into a cute warm.n cozy place.just perfect.shops are withing walking distance.dont go by the entrance into the apartment at all.its a fabulous place.

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.

A large apartment, with a balcony, there are many windows with natural lighting, there are cats in the yard, the apartment is equipped as in the pictures, the owner of the apartment lives in the house opposite, if you have a question or problem you can contact her, in English with Google translation.

Rest in Borjomi from Mariko is comfortable and quiet. Good location, wonderful hostess, has everything for family rest. If we come to Borjomi again, then only to her. Thank you so much!

A nice neat flat with good equipment. Comfortable beds 😁 Price to quality, revelation

Great place in 3 minutes from the city center, near the market and shop. Clean, tidy, beautiful hostess!
