Great hospitality, clean rooms, reach and very tasty breakfast. Always ready to help. Mirza and his family treated us like falimy. For sure our next visit in Borjomi we'll stay here.
Yes indeed everything is green in this guest house. And the more important was the hosting family very warm, welcoming and smile to you at all times. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend it. Thanks to Mr Mirza and his wonderful family!

Host didn't speak any English, but they were nice and reimburse us one night that we cancelled with short notice.
There is very beautiful garden. guest house is very clean . Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is super!!!
The hostel and the hosts are great. rooms have all you need and a nice terrace. beware that there are construction works going on now which will be finished soon. so if that disturbs you, maybe you need another place.

The place was very clean. We had the room on the second floor to the left next to the kitchen and it was warm , bright with large windows , cozy and pretty (old looking) interior. The room itself can be locked. Bathroom is not ensuite but you kind of have your "own" since there are two bathroom and two bedrooms in the second floor. Kitchen is shared.
The lady (owner?) was very friendly. It was quite easy to find even with google maps in ??.
