Dzvel Ubanshi in Gori

The hotel is relatively new and we like its exterior design and cozy interior design and decoration. This place is located almost at the foot of a small mountain, on the edge of the city. And because of that, it's quiet there, well, if you can't hear high human voices at night - laughter, noisy conversation. And it happens there. The rooms themselves are quite good, not very small. We had a good wooden baalcony. We liked it. The room has cable TV and a small LCD TV.
Now about the sad things.
Firstly, the staff is not professional. There were a couple of unpleasant moments with them. About the price. The price for one night is not small for such a non high-class hotel, with such service. I can't even call it a service. For 2 days, no one came into our room, no one took out the trash can, no one checked whether there was enough everything in the toilet, whether we needed to replenish the supply for the toilet and shower. And we have enough little, we do not ask for something much. There is no coffee maker in the rooms, not even a simple electric kettle to boil water. By the way, the prices in their bar and cafe for dinner are very high. Overall, the service staff was not friendly in those days. In the end, I will say that all the furniture is very simple, and it seems to be locally made.
