Hotel Twenties in Tbilisi

The staff are friendly service and cleanliness both good overall the best for that price (also its close basically to everywhere).

I love all about this hotel, the location, the breakfast, the staff and the price. Thumbs up.

The hotel is awesome. Location is strategic and good ambience. A perfect stay for us . Central heating can be slighty warm during winter and the solution is to off the air con.Sometimes parking is not enough within the hotel compound and you need to park along the street. There will be spaces along the street after 9.30pm.

Clean, spacious room and a solid breakfast. Twin beds are a bit small, but overall a comfortable, no-frills stay. Happy with the experience.

Probably my first time posting such a long review as I'm truly impressed with the value that the accommodation provides:

Reception staffs are friendly and when checking in early around 8am to offload my luggage after an overnight train, I was informed the earliest possible timing is 12noon which I had no issues as I had a day tour which ended on late afternoon.

Pleasantly surprised the accommodation has an elevator which is a great saviour for guests with luggage.

The room is clean and spacious, it has the amenities which I require especially the hair dryer which is very efficient to dry off my wet hair post shower especially.

The lady in charge of the restaurant during breakfast hours is professional and proactive. She took note of my room number, replenished the dishes promptly and also cleared off the utensils left by guests and cleaned the table using sanitizers pretty quick so the restaurant remains clean and tidy. I'm impressed with her professionalism and the hotel management should duly reward her for doing her job well.

I would suggest having more fruit options as it's pretty limited and repetitive.

As compared to my previous hotel stay in Tbilisi, this hotel is simply a gem. Highly recommended and would like to stay when I return for the next trip.

If only the hotel is close to a metro station it would be superb in my opinion.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. For us, choosing this particular hotel was crucial – it's one of the few in Tbilisi with its own free parking. This is extremely important for tourists in this city, as parking is paid almost everywhere, free spots are very scarce, and it's unclear how to pay without a foreign card. What a relief it was to find this hotel; there was always a parking spot right by the entrance! This is just the first perk of the hotel, and there are many more.

The hotel itself is very charming, beautiful, and modern. The reception staff are very pleasant, and many of them speak Russian. We were accommodated in a room on the 5th floor. The room had everything we needed: a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cups, a refrigerator, slippers, towels, dental kits, shower gel/shampoo, a hairdryer, water, an Android TV, and air conditioning that also provided heating. The room even has a small balcony.

Housekeeping was daily, towels were changed, water bottles were replenished, and vacuuming was done. The only downsides to the room I can mention are that, being on an upper floor, it was quite cool. The air conditioning heated well, but it was noisy, and the bathroom remained cold. Also, our shower tray leaked, and there was no door for the shower cabin, which meant the entire bathroom was wet after showering.

Breakfasts were included in our stay (they are served on the ground floor from 8 to 11 AM). The breakfasts pleasantly surprised us; we didn't expect such hearty and delicious breakfasts with a good selection for the room price. There's even a coffee machine (though it would be fantastic if it could be set to make cappuccino and latte with regular milk instead of powdered milk).

The hotel's location is generally convenient – there are Spar and Carrefour supermarkets nearby, it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, and 30 minutes on foot to the city center.

To sum it all up, we want to extend a big thank you to the hotel for the warm welcome and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi! If we're in Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay here.

The hotel design is very nice, just if you first time to go, may be a bit hard to find the location, but so far everything is ok, breakfast is also ok.
Just if you ask something via email, Viber they wouldn't reply. This is one thing very disappointed

The best! Room was so spacious, clean, smell good, comfy bed, aestethically pleasing. The staffs also very helpful, one even let me check in 2 hours early since the room was ready. Great location to bus, metro, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants. Wifi connection sometimes lost, but not a big problem coz mobile connection works just find in that area. Good job guys!! Later I'll come back.
