I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The environment is clean, cozy, and very well maintained.

What stood out the most was the staff — friendly, respectful, and attentive.

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, and clean environment, Hotel “Aura” is the perfect place. You will find everything you need on site to feel comfortable. I would like to thank the staff members — they are the best. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious traditional Georgian dishes. Once again, many thanks for the warm welcome. I will gladly return.

My experience was very good. Check in was fast. Staff spoke english fluently and helped with all the questions. The breakfast was very delicious and I liked how attentive everyone was. My room was on the 4 floor, it was quite, clean and most importantly comfortable. Very satisfied with my stay here. Definitely coming back with my family next time.

The hotel is near tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, smile a lot, and easy to talk to.

There were people talking loudly outside the room in the middle of the night. The person in charge of sanitation looked unhappy. The lady in charge of sanitation had a bad attitude. The heating was insufficient. It was very cold to live there in February.
