Everything was good, location is good too

The hotel is very nice , the staff is great, not far from city attractions. It is a great place to stay. Shops, cafes, & stores are around.

I spent 5 nights in this hotel and I'm generally very happy.
Rooms are cleaned deeply on a daily basis, the internet connection is reliable and fast (very important for a worker),but what truly made the difference was the outstanding service provided by Mariam at the front desk. From the moment I met her, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely kind attitude. Her professionalism was immediately evident, and yet she managed to combine it with an empathetic and friendly manner that made me feel welcome and at ease.

Mariam was always available to help, whether it was with recommendations or small requests throughout my stay. She has a natural ability to engage with guests in a way that is both fun and respectful – never crossing the line into being too familiar or unprofessional. It's a rare balance to strike, and she does it effortlessly.

In my opinion, Mariam is not just a great receptionist – she’s someone who truly understands what hospitality is about. Her interpersonal skills, attitude, and commitment to excellent service would make her a perfect candidate for a future leadership role in front desk or guest services management. I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes the value she brings to the team.

Very good location and accessible to all shops , hotel doesnt provide parking hence public parking is required

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming — their behavior was truly outstanding. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and great taste. Overall, everything was well organized and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

I stayed at the hotel for a 6 night and must say the service and hospitality were incredible. The room service was excellent—every day the staff came in and cleaned the room thoroughly. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. One of the best parts of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff—no matter what time of day or night, they were always available to assist with any issues.

However, I do have one small suggestion: the door to the room felt a bit too heavy. As someone on the smaller side😃, I found it difficult to open. It would be great if this could be adjusted for better accessibility.

Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!🔥🔥

Excellent Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!
