Positives
• The hotel is beautiful, with green spaces and fruit trees that were an enjoyable experience for the children.
• A reception staff member in the evening was friendly and helpful.
• Suitable for a short stay (about two nights) to relax.

Negatives
• There is absolutely no sound insulation; noises from rooms and corridors are very clear.
• Restaurants close after 10 PM and no meals are served, while the property is far from any restaurant or supermarket, which is inconvenient especially for families.
• Mini bar: Despite my repeated requests to remove the alcoholic drinks (as I was with children), the reception staff insisted on keeping them. Later, I was wrongly accused of consuming items from the mini bar. A receptionist rudely asked me about missing Coca-Cola and biscuits, and even instructed the cleaner to search the trash bin. When it turned out the mistake was on their side, she apologized, but only after behaving inappropriately.
• The location is not suitable for disabled guests or those with baby strollers, as there are many stair steps to climb.
• Breakfast is very limited, with menus not translated into English and not marked as “Halal.”
• No room service after 10 PM.
• Some guests brought their dogs into the pool and restaurant areas.
• The price is high compared to the services provided.

Conclusion
The hotel stands out for its greenery, fruit trees, and a few friendly staff, but essential issues in service and facilities make the overall experience unsatisfactory for the price paid.

Three Star hotel quality by European standards, just at a large scale.
Pros:
Views of the mountains and very friendly staff. We stayed at the suite and it was spacious and pleasant.
Cons:
Food was NOT tasty, first time in Georgia! breakfast was the level of Holiday Inn, very poor.
SPA was at an extra charge.
The decor was cheap - looks good on photos, but in reality all the furniture is of poor quality, the decor is plastic and distasteful ( plastic plants, plastic bath etc)
The territory is small and there is nothing to do really. For what you get price is too high.
Wouldn’t come again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was highly disappointed by the noise levels. From 12:00 AM to 4:30 AM, there was loud techno music blasting, making it impossible for me to sleep and get the rest I was hoping for. This level of noise is highly irresponsible, especially during hours when guests expect quiet and rest. I strongly urge the hotel management to reconsider their approach to late-night activities and ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. Very, very disappointed with my experience.
