Rooms were clean, but the bathroom facilities need an update. Pool was nice, as well as hot tub, however, those were a bit crowded. Restaurant "circus" in the same building was very good, fair prices, tasty food. Breakfast options were okay, but juices tasted too bad. Overall, it was nice, but I wouldn't say it meets 5 star hotel criterias.

The hotel itsself is really nice. It is newly built and the design Is really nice.
However we were really disapointed by the bar. We ordered cocktails and it took 10 min to order then the waiter went away for 15 min. After that a couple complained to him that then are waiting very long for their stuff already.
After that we decided to go to the room.

a very good hotel, clean spacious rooms. good breakfast. a nice pool area. helpful and friendly staff. excellent location, walkable to everything and at the same time with a big garden, next to the park and a vast green area at the back. will definitely come back

I had an amazing experience at this hotel.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful,always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spotless,comfortable,and beautifully decorated,with all the amenities you could need.The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool - clean,relaxing,and perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also really enjoyed spending time in the biliard room,which was stylish and well-maintained- a great place to relax and have fun with friends.

The free wine tasting was a nice touch and the breakfast was ok. It was nice that the bar is 24/7. The shower isn’t the best and it has very little power and this is the only hotel we have stayed in whilst in Georgia that has no aircon in the rooms so it was very warm overnight.

It's the best choice in the area. The room size is average. The rooms with balconies have views. The facilities are a little worse than those of international five-star hotels. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but it is on a dirt road outside the hotel wall, which feels a bit worse.

Gori is a small town that I like very much. This hotel is probably the best one in the area. It has new decoration and good service. Although the room is not big, it gives people a very comfortable feeling.

There is really nothing special about the city of Gori, except for the Stalin Museum. We drove down from Kazbek and stopped by to rest for a night. The breakfast is really average and the service staff in the breakfast room are rather indifferent.
