The hostel in a traditional house and is managed by two ladies. The first floor is available to guests and has a small kitchen in addition to some rooms. Otherwise nobody lives in the house. It's clean and quiet.

If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.

I recommend it to those who love a quiet and calm vacation with the ringing of cowbells. Everything seems to be fine, but I expected a kinder attitude from the owners. They save on everything - electricity, slippers, robes. A very quiet hotel where there are even swings, a hammock, and a veranda. I recommend it!

This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful.

Excellent bargain. If you have a car or are willing to be a little further away from the city, this is a terrific area. The rooms are clean. There is a parking space. I don't believe you can find anything at this price in Borjomi. I really recommend.

Exciting to go on a pilgrimage to the home of Borjomi spring water!! Beautiful area with views up to mountains, the nice small town and reasonably priced restaurants with good quality food and wine. Note, it's a bit of a walk in to the springs so clarify with local folks how far a walk in it is.

This hotel has an awesome location, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the room is not in the best condition, it is not clean thoroughly and the furniture is dirty. The breakfast is quite good, offering eggs, sausages, salads etc.

We booked this hotel in last minute and it was perfect for us. The room was spacious (bathroom as well). The hotel is also ideally located, a nice cafe / restaurant is just near the hotel (My House restaurant), and central park is really close.

Very good location, super friendly host and personnel. Only one issue - it's not a hotel, it's a hostel. Clean and tidy, probably worth its money. Though when you're not expecting that the bathroom is shared, the only window of the room goes to the shared kitchen (not street), you don't have towels, you don't have breakfast (becase the cooking lady didn't come today) - you feel a bit of disapointment

Update regarding the heating system: they have one ! The place was very clean. We had the room on the second floor to the left next to the kitchen and it was warm , bright with large windows , cozy and pretty (old looking) interior. The room itself can be locked. must visit place in borjomi. the park is famous for the natural mineral water. all say the water has lot of medical values. outside the park People sell bottles if at all you liked to carry the water . park has lot of games for kids. only operational in summer though. you can walk and spend an all evening there

It was really nice to stay in a 100 years old house. As you can imagine, not everything is new but you're not going to Borjomi to stay at home anyway, are you? Really amazing guesthouse with amazing and friendly hosts. They have maps, give advice and can also arrange tours at decent prices. The breakfast is really worthwhile and the food is great 👍 Beds are OK and on the sturdier side, shower and bathroom are super clean. Nice garden and very friendly dog also!

Highly recommended! Besso and Nana are such lovely and accommodating hosts, from the moment I arrived they made me feel at home. They kindly let me use the facilities in the house, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center, and with a lovely garden. Overall, it's a decent hotel that allows pets, for which we're especially grateful. Grimi welcomed us warmly with homemade wine and chacha, which made the stay even more special. Great location, just a short uphill walk but nothing difficult. Very friendly and generous family. Room was cozy, clean and it felt like staying in own house. My initial 2 nights stay turned into 7 nights. Laundry and kitchen for light cooking are provided. Borjomi is such a wonderful place to chill and relax and this guesthouse is definately a bonus. Highly recommended.

Cosy accommodation close to the center with separate entrance. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. They also make their own chacha and wine which you can buy - really good!
