We had a fantastic 10-day stay at Villa Mtashi in Bakuriani.

The villas are incredibly spacious and centrally located, making everything easily accessible.

The food in Georgia is wonderful, and we really enjoyed preparing our own breakfast each morning. One of the highlights was being able to walk to the restaurants in the evenings.

A wonderful place to stay — we would happily return! In fact, we’re already planning our return next year for another ski trip.

We stayed in this villa for 3 nights as a couple after a TikTok recommendation, but the reality was very different. The villa is old, poorly maintained, and feels unsafe, especially for families with children. The floor is damaged and unstable, doors are broken, and the overall condition is neglected.

There is no air conditioning at all, only basic fans in the rooms. The fireplace causes a bad smell inside the house, there is mold in the kitchen cabinets, and the shower is extremely small. WiFi barely works on the second floor.

The price is inflated and does not match the condition or experience. Overall a big disappointment and not worth the money.

Conveniently located close to the center and ski tracks, between Didveli and Kokhta, yet away from the crowds and traffic. Nestled near the forest with access to fresh, untouched snow and clean air. The cottage offers a cozy fireplace and all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities. Firewood is also available on-site, making it a perfect retreat.”

We were there in February for ski holidays. The location is perfect, close to ski center. The villa is spacious and comfortable for our family of 7. Nino was very kind and helpfully. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.
