We absolutely fell in love with this place 🤍

From the very first moment, the staff made us feel so welcome. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. What truly touched our hearts was how they even looked after our dog while we were skiing — such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us. I honestly don’t know how to thank them enough for that level of kindness.

A special thank you to the manager, Slava, who is such a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home, and his hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps away from the ski pistes — which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. And the view… absolutely breathtaking and truly unique. Waking up to that scenery was magical.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish, and without a doubt, we will be coming back again. This place now holds a very special spot in our hearts.

An exceptional experience at Arte Hotel & Arte Ambavi Restaurant.

This is Georgian hospitality at its finest. The atmosphere is truly second to none — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy dinner after a long day of skiing.

The cuisine was outstanding, easily among the best you can find in Gudauri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.

The location is very convenient, just a few meters from the main road, making it easy to access even in winter. The staff speak good English and the service was excellent — warm, professional, and attentive.

Highly recommended. I will definitely return.

Great boutique hotel with a michelin star menu restaurant. Service is amazing, very welcoming staff, so near to the ski lift.

Shato and Olga were top class hosts! It sure feels like they are there to make our stay the best possible, available at any time, and always doing the most to improve our experience. Our room was very cosy and beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. The sauna and hot tub room that you can book in advance just for you for an hour is truly amazing. The breakfast is rich, and tasty 😋. The hotel provides rides to the lifts so you don't have to walk there.

Me and my fiance we visit this hotel at 7.01.2025. We came early morning, around 7. Was super tired, but our checking have to be at 2pm. We was wanted only to keep stuff in hotel, but around still everything is closed. Very kind receptionist Shota, was provided for us amazing room till our room will be ready, and for we can get a rest. So like that we was seeing 2 rooms. Every rooms very stylish and have they are history. Every room named by famous persons, like dancers, writers and others and fallowing same concept. This is make hotel like museum. Also in our room was big terrace with view on mountains, where’s even winter time u have pleasure to sit and relax. All rooms so warm. In the hotel have atmosphere restaurant with life musician and singer. Where u can relax with testy food, nice wine and comfortable relax atmosphere. Also in the hotel have spa zone. I’m very happy that first day of our vocation in Gudauri we was choosing this hotel. As my experience with a lot of country, this is the first hotel which I didn’t found any even small minus. Keep it up❤️ And at the end I wanna say thank u for receptionist Shota and all staff. The first opinion from any place and emotions which u will get, starting from the staff. They are the one who making atmosphere for the guests and opinion about place. I will recommend this place and like to come back again to this hotel ❤️😍

On our honeymoon road-tripping around Georgia my wife and I love this place the best! Ati Ambavi has an unwavering culture of excellence, a creative and friendly spirit which permeates the whole atmosphere, and of course the location and amenities are hands down the best in town! Thank you Slava and Olga, and all the hotel staff that made our stay so special. We will certainly be coming back!

Exceptional boutique hotel, stylish, storytelling, comfortable, impressive with its hosts, interior, cuisine, wine card, atmosphere, piano sounds and snowy picks view. Enjoy ski slopes nearby, enjoy jakuzzi and sauna, enjoy hot shower, enjoy fresh air, enjoy delicious plates at the cozy restaurant, enjoy organic wine from family winery, enjoy peaceful sleep, enjoy company of those who will meet your there. Just go and enjoy new level of Gudauri!

* we stayed 4 nights , the hotel is very beautiful and every room is very unique , * Slava was beyond expectations with his customer service as he was on call all the time to help us and arrange transportation for us , as well as bathrobes and extra blanket , he responds super fast and he is very approachable *Sasha the driver was very polite and he did the extra mile to use google translator , we really loved that , * Yuri the driver was so nice too and polite , Marianna was also lovely and helpful * The restaurant is definitely 5 star in food and ambience but bit pricey , the people they work there are exceptional * the breakfast was beautiful as well * the piano player played for us songs and that was a memorable moment * The rooms should have iron / bathrobes / slippers and extra coffee sachets * a better WiFi is needed and also tv * The customer service in Gudauri is a bit challenging and most of the times someone is feeling ignored however in our hotel we felt pampered and cared . * it’s highly recommended
