Everything is perfect. Splendid views, stunning buildings, gorgeous rooms and very pleasant staff members. Recommended.

Very nice hotel surrounded by mountains with beautiful views, great service, exceptionally kind and helpful staff, and wonderful spaces for relaxation and entertainment. I will definitely return for a longer stay.

Beautiful location with clean air, stunning nature and luxury hotel facilities, plus the friendliest staff ever! The rooms were spotless, cozy, and nicely decorated. The food was top-class, freshly cooked every day with a great variety. We loved their wine from local vineyards, properly organic and absolutely fantastic! The waitress Elena spoke fluent English and was so nice and professional. We all...

The rooms are dark, cramped, and elongated. The price of two rooms is RMB 1,600 and 2,000 respectively, but the accommodations are like those of a suburban resort, perhaps RMB 500 at most. The online photos mix up the two buildings. The rooms that look nice are in Building 1, while those in Building 2 are up the hillside, making daily commuting very inconvenient. The photos are deceptive. The staff...

We had an unforgettable stay at this amazing hotel! It was truly the best choice for a large group of families with kids. Every room had breathtaking views, and the entire experience was beyond our expectations. We booked the whole resort for our group of 45 people, and the team gave us complete privacy along with full support throughout our stay. Words can’t describe how helpful and kind everyone...

Amazing design of the room and territory. View is 10 out of 10! Spacious room with nice amenities. Very friendly staff. Pool and sauna were closed, we find out only on arrival.

Nunisi Forest Hotel & Spa

Shida Kartli, Borjomi, Kharagauli district 🧭

One of the best hotels Ive ever been to. This is so magical. I dont know if Id recommend using the spa since its stillstanding warm sulfur.

Exceptional budget forest resort. The manager speaks English and the staff are extremely kind. The spa was developed around a spring that is theraputic for skin conditions. It's more like a summer camp /traditional Caucasus resort than a contemporary spa. It's a very good value, meals are provided three times, but bring your own condiments like tkemali, hot sauce or ketchup. There are nice walking...

This place is magical! I stayed here over Christmas holiday and had the best time I could have asked for! It was so beautiful to be here among the snow covered mountains and trees. It truly felt like a fairytale. Also, the food was AMAZING. The kitchen staff provided us with some delicious meals that blew us away. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a magical stay in nature and be in...

If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt one of the my favorite place. I had a great 10 days! Stayed in the cozy cottage. Amazing place, it's really little paradise in the middle of forest. Fresh air, healthy food and fantastic natural baths. I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed. Every staff member was extremely friendly, attentive, kind and lovely, all of them were in very good spirits...

Good quite place right in the forest. Perfect for the city escape, some fresh air and chill. We stayed in the wooden house with shared bathroom and it was simple, but clean and comfortable enough. The staff is friendly and speak English and Russian, the food is good and enough to choose from for the different tastes. There’re baths which help with skin problems, little walks around, basketball court...

Giorgi was an amazing host... Great location a little away from the heart of the city..

Excellent place for your vacation. Amazing family situation... Recommend by; Georgian_Vacation

What an amazing stay I had with my wife in Giorgi House . This is my 2nd time visiting Georgia and couldn’t not come to experience Borjomi mountains . Giorgi is Always helpful and professional and his Family are very kind . Thank you Giorgi If you are visiting Georgia I really recommend visiting Giorgi House and the BBQ facilities as well .

Mamuka and Giorgi are very good hosts… everything is clean and well maintained. We stayed for 6 Nights and it was great! Don’t miss to try the Breakfast or Dinner! We also loved the two lovely dogs 😊

The house is so comfy and convenient, very nice yard, friendly dogs and nice mountains views, good terrace, the host is super friendly, she gifted us with a Chiken BBQ, I wish I had more time to stay there! RECOMENDED!!!♥️

Incredibly nice hosting! Very helpful with everything. The room was clean and comfortable! The view from the common balcony amazingly beautiful. There are two dogs in the property whose also super sweet! Highly recommended!

Rivendell

Shida Kartli, Borjomi, Charkhistskali 🧭

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the welcome in the lobby was friendly. The girl at reception was warm and attentive, making us feel noticed. The breakfast was delicious, and the green surroundings were peaceful. We will definitely visit again ❤️

We had a very pleasant stay – everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel is located outside the city, so you need a car to get around, and there isn’t much to do right nearby. The hotel itself has a nice play area for kids, a trampoline, and a beautifully maintained garden, which made the stay very enjoyable for families. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The only downside was that the...

If you want to relax with friends, you should definitely visit Rivendell. I went there with my friends, and as soon as we arrived, a girl our age welcomed us at the door with a smile. Every day was brightened by the sun, the weather, and the kindness we felt around us. This is a place where you can truly find yourself. Many thanks to the hosts for everything the breakfast was very delicious, diverse...

This place is AWESOME!! Especially for group of friends. The hotel itself is very well equipped, very beautiful, cozy and has GREAT views! Perfect nature and atmosphere. Hosts are super friendly, they made our stay even better. It’s on 10-15 minute drive from Borjomi city, very close. Highly recommended!

It's a perfect little hotel for a getaway. I was with my friends and had a great time. There's a big yard where you can chill with your friends, the rooms are also nice. The most importantly the hosts are so kind and welcoming, we felt like at home. I highly recommend it.

The wooden rooms are beautifully designed, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The organic garden and on-site restaurant serve up delicious, locally-sourced meals that showcase the best of Georgian cuisine. The owners and their staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable...

Holiday Borjomi

Shida Kartli, Borjomi, 6 Vashlovani St 🧭

lovely owner was polite and ready to help georgians are very hospitable every day we were served with home made georgian food and even were offered to attent their sufra ( party where people traditionally say toasts and drink) felt georgian soul in here

I recommend it to those who love a quiet and calm vacation with the ringing of cowbells. Everything seems to be fine, but I expected a kinder attitude from the owners. They save on everything - electricity, slippers, robes. A very quiet hotel where there are even swings, a hammock, and a veranda. I recommend it!

This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful.

The best hotel- quality/price ratio. Good staff, quite place 👍 located a few km from city center, but place so quiet 🤫 and peaceful. Amazing view from the room window 🪟 child friendly with some playing yard. Tasty breakfast. Absolutely recommend for visiting..

Absolutely new private hotel, super comfortable bed, everything is clean, excellent internet, excellent breakfast, even your own branded wine. At breakfast you can make your own coffee in a Turk - very convenient and original - I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s very important that the hotel There are sockets for charging an electric car, but you need to have a charging unit with you. If I had...

Just the view from the hotel property is worth the money.

Hotel is very pleasant. Friendly staff , delicious breakfast and mesmerizing views from the balcony. Price is very good and I really enjoyed staying here. Thank you

Great place ❤️❤️❤️ perfect hotel

This was a wonderful, friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming and obliging. It offers a joyful breakfast and there is an attractive garden setting with seating. It is worth seeking out as it is in a quiet location, but worth a walk around the local area when you settle in. It was very clean and comfortable and great value. Cheers Deborah Burns - Melbourne - Australia

Excellent bargain. If you have a car or are willing to be a little further away from the city, this is a terrific area. The rooms are clean. There is a parking space. I don't believe you can find anything at this price in Borjomi. I really recommend.

Wery clean number!!! People very kind and nice 🙂 It takes about half an hour to walk from the minibus stop to the hotel. Delicious restaurants are located on the other side of the river, as is the park.

Nice hotel, fairly spacious rooms that have a kettle and a small fridge. A big plus of the hotel is that Wi-Fi works on all floors and even on the territory of the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price, they offer a small buffet, but I think everyone will find something suitable for themselves - eggs, porridge, cereals, vegetables, pancakes, cottage cheese and freshly brewed coffee. There is no...

I stayed at a guest house in Borjomi and wanted to leave a polite review on Google Maps. In my opinion, there were several drawbacks. First, there was loud movie watching after 23:00, even after I reported that it disturbed my sleep. The representative only made it quieter instead of turning it off. Additionally, the shower holder was broken and seemed to be left unrepaired, making showering inconvenient...

It is one of the best places that we stayed in in Georgia. They are very friendly and welcoming and flexible. The room is very clean and the whole place is very beautiful. Also they allowed us to use their personal washing machine.

Everything was perfect! Host is super nice. Room, kitchen and bathroom were clean. Very cheap and good place to stary

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2023 and totally enjoyed the experience. Bichiko is not just a great host, but also a great person and someone you can hang out with until late in the night enjoying home-made wine and chacha, and talking about all kinds of things. We totally enjoyed the stay and the only shortcoming I can find with this property is that it's quite far from the cafes and restaurants...

this is the best guest house in Borjomi. thanks for everythink

This was the most welcoming and friendly guesthouse I've ever stayed in. I'm speechless at how well the family took care of me. They also helped me with the rest of my trip planning. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

We were passing through Borjomi and only wanted to visit the springs, but Grandfather Tamaz Shotaevich, a former school director who is known and respected by the whole town, showed us Borjomi not only as a place with water springs, he took us to a park where we barbecued, shot guns, and had a great time, visiting the local attractions, but there's one thing: he didn't ask us for money, we are very...

Good hotel, neat and clean, well furnished. Limited options for breakfast for vegetarians.

Exciting to go on a pilgrimage to the home of Borjomi spring water!! Beautiful area with views up to mountains, the nice small town and reasonably priced restaurants with good quality food and wine. Note, it's a bit of a walk in to the springs so clarify with local folks how far a walk in it is.

The owner is very nice. Although the entrance is a bit difficult, he helped us with luggage and everything we needed. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very good but it is inside old buildings & you need to walk up to reach the hotel

Very friendly dude who we dealt with night and day. High standard of accommodation, comfy bed, nice hot shower, wifi, all was good here.

You may be wondering if you're right when you walk into the backyard, but you are! Once you walked up the stairs and entered the building, you will be surprised. The rooms are small, but clean, renovated and air conditioned. Great location, walking distance to the botanical garden. Friendly staff!

Very friendly staff, good location

Perfect hotel with very attentive and caring staff. Love it❤️

We booked this hotel in last minute and it was perfect for us. The room was spacious (bathroom as well). The hotel is also ideally located, a nice cafe / restaurant is just near the hotel (My House restaurant), and central park is really close.

Very good location, super friendly host and personnel. Only one issue - it's not a hotel, it's a hostel. Clean and tidy, probably worth its money. Though when you're not expecting that the bathroom is shared, the only window of the room goes to the shared kitchen (not street), you don't have towels, you don't have breakfast (becase the cooking lady didn't come today) - you feel a bit of disapointment
