The hotel is also ideally located, a nice cafe / restaurant is just near the hotel (My House restaurant), and central park is really close.
Though when you're not expecting that the bathroom is shared, the only window of the room goes to the shared kitchen (not street), you don't have towels, you don't have breakfast (becase the cooking lady didn't come today) - you feel a bit of disapointment.
