The hotel has a high level of service. Attentive and decent employees. The hotel is clean and quiet. Very tasty food. We are very satisfied.We will come again

This hotel has an awesome location, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the room is not in the best condition, it is not clean thoroughly and the furniture is dirty. The breakfast is quite good, offering eggs, sausages, salads etc.

This is the worse hotel ever where I have been since all my life. I can’t say that is not possible to be worst than that . The main booking was made by a travel agency on Georgia Tour for 1 night. We arrived late at the hotel with no chance to run out for other hotel ( group check in at 22:00. The bathroom is full oh hazards, from flooding entirely floor during shower, to be electrocutate due poor electrical connections or by getting hit by things there. The room door was forced many times and stay close only locked. The room is dirty with spots of spell food everywhere. The matrass is more than 30 years old and the walls paper cover is damaged due room humidity .

The rooms are in awful shape - the walls are crumbling, all of the sheets, blankets and pillows had brown stains on them in all 3 of our rooms, the water tap was broken.

There is no one at the lobby at night.
Our adjacent rooms had young people yelling and watching tv really loud till 3 am and there is no one to talk to to tell them to be quiet since there is no service at night.

The breakfast selection is terrible, barely anything at all.

Normal staff. They have not anything. When they gave me my order the sizes of the food were ridiculous.
