房間很乾凈，地毯和床上用品都令人看得很舒服。雖然房間面積比較小，但是佈局比較合理，空間利用也科學，靠窗的兩側設定了牆龕，一個作工作台，一個作迷你水吧枱，夠用。出差嘛，不能像家裡一樣。早餐比較簡單，每天都是相同品種，且不多，填飽肚子應該沒問題。看那些德國人吃得津津有味，乾淨衞生是首要。 然後遇到一個問題，也莫名其妙地解決了：訂酒店時我們是定了含早餐的，入住時前台查了記錄説沒有早餐，跟攜程聯繫，攜程不錯，説你們先吃，後面如果酒店跟我們另外要早餐錢，攜程會為我們報銷。結果離店時酒店啥也沒説，直接交了房卡走人。不知是攜程溝通妥了還是酒店忘收了，總之我們沒再另外付早餐錢。本來嘛，就是含了早餐的。 總之，這家酒店感覺還不錯。

You can see the sign immediately to the right after leaving the station. It's very reassuring for arriving passengers with suitcases. The tram leaves right in front of it. I was impressed by the very efficient layout. However, since it's in front of the station, there is some noise! ​​There is no air conditioning, so I couldn't open the window, so it was a little hot.

The room is OK, but there is no parking space, which is very troublesome

The room is very small. The bed in the standard room is only 0.8 meters, and the bed in the king room is 1.5 meters. There is only a bottle of water and a two-in-one shower shampoo in the room. There is no kettle, slippers, toothbrush or soap. The windows are poorly soundproofed. The sound of the train is quite loud. The heating in the room is not very effective and it is quite cold. The staff are all friendly. When asked a kettle they will provide it. The transportation card for the tram and bus is a bonus. Their breakfast had a variety of food too.

When I couldn't book a room, I found this hotel hidden in the old town. The skylight on the roof can see the clouds at dusk and the top of the church. It is quiet and the sound of rain hitting the skylight at night helps me sleep. It is worth recommending

I went to the Wilhelmshöhe Park. This hotel is one tram stop away from Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe Station. Line 1 is right at the door, and the key point is that it is at the foot of the park. No air conditioning, no air conditioning ~

Very nice hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice room. Nearby both the railway station, Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and Zoo am Rammelsberg. The only drawback is the traffic on the street outside, paved with cobblestone so every car makes a lot of noise. Nothing the hotel can do something about, and sleeping with the window shut may silence some of it.

20 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t order eggs; no excuse, no explanation, just: “NO”. 15 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t sit in the breakfast area. i come here to rest, not to get told what to do or what i can’t have.

The hotel has a great location, not too far from the train station and close to the city center, making it convenient for all kinds of travel. The triple room is spacious, and the breakfast is decent and relatively plentiful.

One night stay The hotel was clean but had a strange smell. It would have been helpful to have some information in the room available in English. The receptionist didn’t speak any English, which made it difficult to find out how to charge our car. The buffet breakfast was nice.

Travel through Germany Stay during travel through Germany. The hotel was fine but placed in a not so interesting area. But easy to walk to city center.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it's close to the motorway, making it easy to drive to. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

We spent a weekend here in the hotel with friends to see Kassel and we are very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are newly furnished and there is nothing missing in the room that you need for a weekend, the firm mattresses make for a very good night's sleep and it is beautifully clean. The breakfast was just lovely, great selection, everything was fresh and the staff even checked whether the coffee...

A well-run and rather comfortable hotel. Good soundproofing. Spacious room. Reinforcing sweetness at breakfast would be a good initiative. The staff is efficient and friendly. There is a lack of real parking.

When visiting relatives in Kassel, it is not easy to find a nice hotel for one or two nights. The Hotel Palmenbad offers a very nice option: very good location near Wilhelmshöhe Park, tram in front of the building and good parking. The building is old but overall in good condition. The rooms have the odd scratch but that doesn't really bother you. The facilities are good, there are Nespresso machines...

We stayed overnight on a long trip, so just one night but it was lovely, they were super-nice with our two young kids and put us at ease. We would love to come back again!

Very nice hotel. From Apple TV to spacy rooms or a smaller but very tasty breakfast. It is an example that you can create a nice experience when you understand the customer.

The hotel is very comfortable in every way, starting with the reception and daily cleaning. The breakfast is wonderful and at a reasonable price. This is our second stay there and we will repeat it later on every visit to the beautiful city of Kassel.

Close to tram stop, so easy to get about. Very helpful when I was taken into hospital and needed the room longer than expected.

First time I have visited Germany but definitely will not be my last. Had a wonderful time. traveled with my Son who was meeting his online gaming friends for the first time. The Hotel Chassalla staff were amazing, very helpful. I was going to be spending most of the weekend on my own, as my teenage son was not going to want his Dad hanging around with him and his friends. I spoke to one of the staff...

Well situated for exploring Kassel. Free parking at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, covers all basic requirements. Breakfast buffet at 5€ pp outstanding value for money. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. 😀

We expected the worst, being a hotel at a truck stop, but it was the cleanest, most comfortable hotel during our trip. The rooms are nothing fancy but are spacious, working aircon and everything was fresh and clean. Quiet too! Free parking and lots of chargers right in front of the hotel. Pets are welcome too which is just great.

We did not go to the hotel but used the restaurant instead. They have a nice selection of typical German food. The staff is kind and the food tasty. Also no long wait and acceptable prices. Good for a break.

Clean hotel and close to the highway and coffee shops

We needed to take a stopover on a longer drive and this was the perfect hotel with a small kid for a reasonable price. The rooms were exceptionally clean with all the basics and a comfy bed (baby bed was offered but we did not need it). Late checking can be arranged with the gas station directly and there's a charging station for e-vehicles. There's a small playground and a simple but clean restaurant...
