Overall I liked the stay, it's out of the way of the city but I didn't mind because it was quiet. The view was great. The rooms do not have a refrigerator, and this location does not offer laundry service of any kind(I read on the website they did, but I was mistaken). It was great. The only problem was at the reception at the checkout. The young woman at the reception 10 minutes couldn't understand if the room was paid or not. It was very strange. And in restourant we waswaiting to long in the evening. The rest is perfect.

The location is great, near Hercules Kassel. When you go out from the hotel 2 minutes walking u will have great views, clean air, with a beautiful green area. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear when booking that the accommodations weren't accessible for people with mobility issues. There was no elevator in the coach house, so we had to leave early. Wifi.. was poor.. very poor.. wanted to keep up with the weather situation in Denmark.. but since the wifi was so bad, I couldn't use chromecast.

The photos and features urgently need to be updated. According to the staff, the pool and sauna have not been active since Corona. The bar in the hotel was also closed two hours before closing time. The location is good as it is right next to the motorway.

The hotel's location is incredibly close to the train station, which is both a pro and a con. The facilities inside the hotel are very old. I borrowed a power adapter that didn't work, and after returning it, they still tried to charge me for it at check-out. Also, the room's curtains didn't close properly at all.

Aircon was unable to cool the room down properly, and the armchair’s cushion was rather flat. Apart from that, it was alright since it was only an overnight stay.

The views were amazing. The room was comfortable but the bed was slightly harder than I like. The food we had was delicious and if you have to eat gluten free then the choice is tremendous. We stayed here twice. My wife is highly intolerant of gluten and we ate both dinner and breakfast there without any issues.

We stayed 3 nights during May 2024 and had a spacious room (No 1) with views, the evening meals were excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Staff were knowledgeable and polite despite our sometimes imperfect German. We will be back for another stay on our next car-tour.

The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Mihandar. When the Wi-Fi didn't work, he quickly fixed it for me. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. Also, the bus stop is right in front, so it's easy to travel. Just ask the staff if you need anything!

We have stayed for one night only. The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet so we had a good night sleep. Breakfast was really good: wide selection of fresh produce and tasty treats. Another plus was free parking. Location is ok too - the hotel is not too far from a city centre.

We spent a late January 2026 Tuesday night in this little inspiring Radison hotel. Everything you need except a shoe horn is there. Beds and shower are good as is cleaning. Breakfast is up to the star rating. When we left in the morning the snow that fell over night was already cleared by the staff.

The room is clean. Convenient location. But, there is nothing in the room, because of this there is no comfort. I would like to see a kettle, several cups, a couple of bottles of plain water, toothpaste and a couple of brushes, tea, coffee. I think these are basic accessories that should be in every hotel.

The location is great. The biggest problem for business travelers is that the room doesn’t have writing desk to put the laptop. The gym is not 24/7. The restaurant is expensive and the staff there offer little care and customer service.
