You can see the sign immediately to the right after leaving the station. It's very reassuring for arriving passengers with suitcases. The tram leaves right in front of it. I was impressed by the very efficient layout. However, since it's in front of the station, there is some noise! ​​There is no air conditioning, so I couldn't open the window, so it was a little hot.

The room is OK, but there is no parking space, which is very troublesome

The room is very small. The bed in the standard room is only 0.8 meters, and the bed in the king room is 1.5 meters. There is only a bottle of water and a two-in-one shower shampoo in the room. There is no kettle, slippers, toothbrush or soap. The windows are poorly soundproofed. The sound of the train is quite loud. The heating in the room is not very effective and it is quite cold. I initially thought the double rooms at the Goode Hotel might be a bit small, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were just the right size. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was especially good.

Advantages: Clean and quiet. Disadvantages: Small space, outdated facilities, no air conditioning; definitely don't stay there in the summer.

Beautiful, clean, great wellness area with sauna and steam rooms, and a lovely terrace with a natural swimming area. The nearby castle is beautiful to explore. Also, really good breakfast.

I dined at the hotel restaurant and found the overall experience to be acceptable, though not particularly memorable. The prices, however, were unreasonably high considering the quality of what was served. The greatest disappointment came with the dessert: what was described as a mango bowl sorbet (coconut and basil) turned out to be nothing more than a diced piece of mango with pre-packaged ice cream...

Overall I liked the stay, it's out of the way of the city but I didn't mind because it was quiet. The view was great. The rooms do not have a refrigerator, and this location does not offer laundry service of any kind(I read on the website they did, but I was mistaken). There is not much around the location, so if you wanted to go to the city it would be a taxi ride, but there is a bus down the street...

It was great. The only problem was at the reception at the checkout. The young woman at the reception 10 minutes couldn't understand if the room was paid or not. It was very strange. And in restourant we waswaiting to long in the evening. The rest is perfect.

The location is great, near Hercules Kassel. When you go out from the hotel 2 minutes walking u will have great views, clean air, with a beautiful green area. We stayed 1 night to breathe from the city atmosphere. It was a great choice. The room was conformable and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always smiling face. Restaurant food was delicious. Definitely recommended

Unfortunately, it wasn't clear when booking that the accommodations weren't accessible for people with mobility issues. There was no elevator in the coach house, so we had to leave early. This hotel isn't suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. The dining room was also too small. The staff was very friendly. You said you'll specifically mention this on your hotel website. Please do the same...

Wifi.. was poor.. very poor.. wanted to keep up with the weather situation in Denmark.. but since the wifi was so bad, I couldn't use chromecast.

Big hotel with very big rooms. Breakfast is good. Style is classic, not modern. Wlan was not very stable during our stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. Parking is available for 8€/day.

The photos and features urgently need to be updated. According to the staff, the pool and sauna have not been active since Corona. The bar in the hotel was also closed two hours before closing time. The location is good as it is right next to the motorway.

The hotel's location is incredibly close to the train station, which is both a pro and a con. The facilities inside the hotel are very old. I borrowed a power adapter that didn't work, and after returning it, they still tried to charge me for it at check-out. Also, the room's curtains didn't close properly at all.

Aircon was unable to cool the room down properly, and the armchair’s cushion was rather flat. Apart from that, it was alright since it was only an overnight stay.

Stayed here many times. One of the most modernly designed hotels in Germany. Room and the hotel grounds are always clean. Very convenient location. The room has a proper heater and not cold. The bed is always comfortable. Private parking is available for a fee. Fast check-in & check-out. Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice and modern. Shame about my view and smell when my window was open as it was directly behind a mountain of old paint tins and accessories. The staff were friendly and the location is good. Worth a visit

The staff are all friendly. When asked a kettle they will provide it. The transportation card for the tram and bus is a bonus. Their breakfast had a variety of food too.

When I couldn't book a room, I found this hotel hidden in the old town. The skylight on the roof can see the clouds at dusk and the top of the church. It is quiet and the sound of rain hitting the skylight at night helps me sleep. It is worth recommending

I went to the Wilhelmshöhe Park. This hotel is one tram stop away from Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe Station. Line 1 is right at the door, and the key point is that it is at the foot of the park. No air conditioning, no air conditioning ~

Very nice hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice room. Nearby both the railway station, Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and Zoo am Rammelsberg. The only drawback is the traffic on the street outside, paved with cobblestone so every car makes a lot of noise. Nothing the hotel can do something about, and sleeping with the window shut may silence some of it.

20 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t order eggs; no excuse, no explanation, just: “NO”. 15 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t sit in the breakfast area. i come here to rest, not to get told what to do or what i can’t have.

A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of free parking was available nearby. Paid parking was also an option. It was also convenient that we were able to check in before our scheduled appointment. We would gladly stay here again.

The rooms 1103 and 1105 both are amazing. Two bedded suites . The second toilet with wash basin is extra convenience. The best breakfast in any hotel. Pity the restaurant is being renovated which is a shame as we read some positive reviews and wanted to try it out. The tram card is indeed very useful extra.

The hotel has a great location, not too far from the train station and close to the city center, making it convenient for all kinds of travel. The triple room is spacious, and the breakfast is decent and relatively plentiful.

It was an amazing journey to visit Hercules and Hotel was just in the right spot for it. Easy to reach via trains and near to the touristic places.

Great stay at Pentahotel Kassel! Super kid-friendly, staff made us feel welcome as a family, rooms are comfy, and location near the station is perfect. Best part: they still let you pay in cash (unlike those annoying cashless hotels). Relaxed vibe in the lounge and a good base for exploring Kassel!

We didn't stay overnight, but we had dinner there. If you like a cozy, classic atmosphere with an 80s charm, like we do, then this is the place for you. They serve hearty, home-style cooking, and plenty of it. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Add a refreshing lager, and the evening is perfect. We'll be back. I'm looking forward to the beer garden in the summer.

Large and clean rooms and a nice breakfast. Rooms facing the back may run a little hit in the afternoon sun. The biergarten at the back provides cold beer and large and freshly made meals.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. No restaurant available, but plenty options within walking distance. Parking available at hotel, but also at nearby shopping centre. Breakfast is not buffet-style but you need to order upfront. I prefer a buffet-style, but that is a personal opinion. Overall I recommend this hotel to other business travellers.

We stayed here last week of June ( 3 nights ,me and my wife) , in Kassel for Documenta , we loved this hotel , lets note that the hotel is under construction , expansion , adding floors and new entrance , new dinning area , etc . But this in no way affected our stay , quiet , great beds , we suggest a room on the street side for now . Staff very welcoming and friendly , nice temporary breakfast service...

Booked the hotel for a layover night on a longer car trip and only picked the hotel for its cheap price and because was it on my route. Against my expectations the room was very large, clean and it had a very good bed. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke perfect English.

We had a nice stay. It would however be nice with a bit more information on the website regarding opening hours. The sauna is turned on in the afternoon, so if you're checking in late and only stay for one night, you don't have the opportunity of using the facilities. The restaurant was great and we had a really nice waiter.

The food was delicious. We were served by two women, the first one wasn't friendly and didn't feel like serving us. After a while we got another employee. We felt much more comfortable with her because she knew something about service and friendliness. The selection of dishes was sufficient.

I think the rooms need big time renovations. It’s pretty very old looking condition. From door handles to every basic thing there.

We expected the worst, being a hotel at a truck stop, but it was the cleanest, most comfortable hotel during our trip. The rooms are nothing fancy but are spacious, working aircon and everything was fresh and clean. Quiet too! Free parking and lots of chargers right in front of the hotel. Pets are welcome too which is just great.

We did not go to the hotel but used the restaurant instead. They have a nice selection of typical German food. The staff is kind and the food tasty. Also no long wait and acceptable prices. Good for a break.

We needed to take a stopover on a longer drive and this was the perfect hotel with a small kid for a reasonable price. The rooms were exceptionally clean with all the basics and a comfy bed (baby bed was offered but we did not need it). This was a very unique experience. The building was a former monastery from the 1100s. We stayed on one of the upper floors which had low-clearance, original beams. I’m 6’4” and had to duck a lot. What a wonderful find. Hotel is an old monastery from the 1400’s with all of the character you would expect, with modern finishes. Dinner at the hotel was good and convenient.

It is suitable for hiking. It is 4 kilometers away from the city, but the surrounding area is really beautiful. At the foot of the mountain, there is a small trail opposite that leads to the top of the mountain. It is very suitable for hiking.

The location is excellent, and there are reception staff available even late at night. Breakfast is €15 and is quite plentiful. The bar next door is a bit noisy at night, so you need to close the windows to sleep. Recommended.
