The hotel is very comfortable in every way, starting with the reception and daily cleaning. The breakfast is wonderful and at a reasonable price. This is our second stay there and we will repeat it later on every visit to the beautiful city of Kassel.

A little quirky, but all the more charming for it. Spotlessly clean throughout. Except for the dog in the bar/restaurant. Great staff. Lovely breakfast.

Close to tram stop, so easy to get about.
Very helpful when I was taken into hospital and needed the room longer than expected.

First time I have visited Germany but definitely will not be my last. Had a wonderful time. traveled with my Son who was meeting his online gaming friends for the first time. The Hotel Chassalla staff were amazing, very helpful. I was going to be spending most of the weekend on my own, as my teenage son was not going to want his Dad hanging around with him and his friends. I spoke to one of the staff members who gave me some great advice about where to go, and where I could get some good food while I was here. The rooms at the hotel were very clean, and have everything that we needed for our stay. Full size bath, shower, mini fridge WiFi.they also have a bar downstairs, and was nice to have a beer after a journey. The breakfast was great good selection of everything you would expect.
Overall we both had a very pleasant stay and will definitely book this hotel again.

Well situated for exploring Kassel. Free parking at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, covers all basic requirements. Breakfast buffet at 5€ pp outstanding value for money. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. 😀

Good equipped rooms with enough space. Good breakfast. Dog friendly. Free parking if you are lucky get a parking lot. Internet is extremely slow.

Don’t get the room facing the street. It was incredibly noisy all night long, especially on a Saturday night. The hotel is outdated and you can hear everything. You can hear the person in the room above use the bathroom and it’s fan. You can hear people walking in the hallway and every door closing. You can hear all the drunk people on the street, every passing car, police siren...it was awful. There is also no air conditioner in the room so I was forced to open the window. Hence, more noise. I was miserable the whole night and barely got an hour sleep after sheer exhaustion. Hotel Parking is limited and very tight. You can park on the street. It is pet friendly but I will not come here again. All the restaurants are a two block walk.

Hello im the musician who stayed at weekend. This morning I had to get a bus to Hamburg at 5:40am. I tried to go into reception and pay for room but it was locked and nobody there.. I will pay my bill for last nights room during the week by credit card. Sorry fir the inconvenience. Thanks again. Paul 👍

Nice and cozy... But I booked 1 night for 110 Euro... And this was is not cheap
