This was a great stop for us. Although a little dated and the hotel could do with an overhaul it was clean, staff were outstanding, a lovely park area and lots of walks. The hotel's location is fantastic and the rooms are very clean. Ample free parking is available for all types of cars. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient. Breakfast... absolutely delicious! It had everything you could possibly want.

Great place to stay for a day, surrounded by nature. The city is a bit far away, but you know. We had no hot water all morning, so we were there overnight and couldn't shower. Unfortunately, we told reception, but they can't arrange this. A bit strange. The interior is a bit dated and could really use an update.

Stay was pleasant with convenience as its prime value since it is so close to the train station. The AC/Inverter was not working too well throughout our stay but could still make do by opening the windows for some ventilation/cool air.

The hotel is conveniently located, with the main bus stop right outside the window. It's also close to the city center. The cleanliness is excellent.

The hotel is located in front of Koblenz Central Station, making it easy to visit sightseeing spots and eat out. The room, service, and breakfast were all satisfactory, and I have no complaints. The hotel has a parking lot connected to the station, where you can park at the guest price.

Good hotel Antique hotel with amazing view and big rooms! The sheets were kinda rough and the blinds didn't worked, but the room had curtains that did the job (if you don't have problem with the light you'll be OK) There's a train station near the hotel (8min walking) that takes you to the central or any other spot

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we enjoyed the sunset on our diner with the view of the rhein at their restaurant. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety foods. Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim.

It was a last minute booking but every moment I had here was excellent. The location is perfect, you have vineyards at the back and riverbank in front for a relaxing walk. Very clean and very very friendly, highly recommended!

My wife and I enjoyed two very comfortable nights and excellent service, as we visted the beautiful and historic town of Koblenz for a weekend break, along with the members of four Rotary Clubs. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. It was two blocks away. Very clean, good sanitary conditions, good service attitude and patience. It is about 2 kilometers away from the Deutsches Eck, and you can see the castle from the corridor. It is less than 3 kilometers away from the train station, so it is very convenient. The breakfast is very simple and needs to be paid separately. There is no elevator on the fifth floor, so the cost performance is slightly poor

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Beautiful wooded location. Clean comfortable room. There is an interesting animal reserve next door. Lots of free parking. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a bar of soap and shampoo. I thought the breakfast was decent but not great with no cooked food available. These minor points don’t detract from how nice a place this is.

This is a good location for families with younger children. It is helping the way for those looking for city amenities. It's unique to the animals kept site. There was a bit of a challenge for non-German speakers.

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

I had a simple, single person room, with toilet and shower. It was clean and well ventilated. Service was uncomplicated and very friendly, breakfast was excellent. I somehow imagined that the location would be closer to the city centre than it actually was, but it was still easy to get to the city centre and the Trainstation. All in all, definitely worth it!

First stayed at this hotel in fall of 1989 for business trip. My stay was over two months back then. Excellent food and service then beyond compare. Returned for pleasure trip in summer of 2024 and food and service is above excellent!!

I booked the hotel for 2 nights. I would like to share that the Rauental Marienhof bus station is just outside the hotel entrance. You can reach hotel directly from Koblenz HBF or Koblenz Stadtmitte via bus. The hotel receptionist was super helpful, attentive and took care of everything. I really liked the breakfast. This property is excellent overall both location and service wise. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the heater was not working. It was a chilly and rainy night but heat was not available. It's the property's responsibility to test if heaters are functional when cooler weather is approaching. They provided extra blankets which was sufficient to keeps us warm.
