The room was clean, the room was quiet, staff was friendly and helpful in gettin us a cab to the Hauptbahnhof. Great location close to the Christmas markets!

My wife and I enjoyed two very comfortable nights and excellent service, as we visted the beautiful and historic town of Koblenz for a weekend break, along with the members of four Rotary Clubs. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Would be nice with a small fridge if you stay for several days and a bench for suitcase.

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Ashley and everyone else were very helpful. Not yet eaten breakfast or slept but I'm confident everything will be fine. We'll come back here again.

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

Large room, friendly welcome, good breakfast with coffee machine and delicious pastroes as well as some hot food. Yes it's quite old fashioned but good value. Bus stop near by into centre of Koblenz. Free parking too.

Nice and efficient way of staying a few days around Koblenz. Helpful and friendly staff. The bus to the city centre are very less and not so frequent. Good price for breakfast included accommodation, if you don't expect 5 star quality

Very happy with the friendly service, great price including a very decent breakfast and garage parking for car and bicycles. Old fashioned style but very clean and tidy. Staff were very courteous and thorough. Important comments to bear in mind that the bath tub requires a big step in and out (in case you have mobility problems). WiFi was a bit tricky to connect initially but afterwards worked fine

Nice hotel, efficient and functional. The manager is very helpful and friendly, so too the staff. We had a fantastic time in Koblenz and would highly recommend this hotel. The beds and breakfast are excellent. Reported a problem with a beeping fire detector to the manager, and this was promptly sorted. Thanks for your hospitality.

Nice rooms and staff, but it didn't seem like the room was completely serviced. It had the impression of just starting the business and a bit disorganized as there was no toilet paper, garbage in the trash bin (not much, but hasn't been removed from the previous tenant), and I cleaned the bathroom mirror myself. The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. It was two blocks away. Very clean, good sanitary conditions, good service attitude and patience. It is about 2 kilometers away from the Deutsches Eck, and you can see the castle from the corridor. It is less than 3 kilometers away from the train station, so it is very convenient. The breakfast is very simple and needs to be paid separately. There is no elevator on the fifth floor, so the cost performance is slightly poor

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Also, the floor made a very loud noise every time we walked, almost like something out of a horror movie.

An OK hotel with a bit outdated rooms but clean and also kind staff. Airco is noisy and doesn't work so very good. TV is small and far away from the bed. The remote was filthy. Price is good. Neighborhood is also quite old. But being so close to the Rhein makes up for it all. The restaurant is very nice and more modern.

A fantastic family run hotel, very friendly owners and staff. If we are going to the Rhine Valley we only go if there are rooms available here. The junior suites are great, very comfortable and spacious, room 404 is our favourite. Breakfast is more than ample. Quite simply, we love staying here.

This property is excellent overall both location and service wise. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the heater was not working. It was a chilly and rainy night but heat was not available. It's the property's responsibility to test if heaters are functional when cooler weather is approaching. They provided extra blankets which was sufficient to keeps us warm.

Great property close to the train station. About a block away from restaurants, etc. the hotel Help is very friendly. The woman doing the servicing for breakfast is very personable. The only thing with the breakfast is that I wish there was a fish option such as smoked salmon, etc. otherwise excellent day

Wonderful family run hotel and restaurant. Stayed here 3 nights. Had lovely spacious room on 2nd floor overlooking the river. (Ask for room #1.)Delicious German buffet breakfast included. On a quiet Sunday noon, with only eight tables seated outdoors (of >20), staff was quick and attentive. On a busy Saturday afternoon half a year ago, everything bustling, everyone seemed overwhelmed, but still friendly. Beautiful wooded location. Clean comfortable room. There is an interesting animal reserve next door. Lots of free parking. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a bar of soap and shampoo. I thought the breakfast was decent but not great with no cooked food available. These minor points don’t detract from how nice a place this is.

This is a good location for families with younger children. It is helping the way for those looking for city amenities. It's unique to the animals kept site. There was a bit of a challenge for non-German speakers.

Loved this property. Beautiful because it is so tranquil with awesome walking trails. The staff was extremely friendly and we loved seeing all the peacocks, boars, and deer. So far we have been there twice: Dinner with 4 people - everyone was very satisfied with the food and drinks. Breakfast with 2 people - we had a very rich breakfast / brunch, designated for 2 - 3 people at a price of 29.90 € plus drinks. Very nicely presented! The eye eats too ;-) A fourth person would have been fed up with it, but there were only two of us. Perhaps this breakfast should be reduced...

The quality of the food was very good and it tasted delicious. The waiting time and for food and drinks was unfortunately a little longer due to the lack of staff, but this was made up for by the extreme friendliness. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we look forward to seeing you again.
