What a fantastic find! Maison Marsil was everything we could have wanted (and more) for our long weekend in Cologne. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. We had breakfast each morning and recommend it. The waffles this morning were a really nice touch. Sadly we had to leave today, but Maison Marsil really did feel like a home away from home. We’d have no hesitation in returning next time we’re in Cologne.

I stayed at Maison Marsil for my New Year's holiday. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room C2 was spacious, with three large windows overlooking the street in front of the hotel. The room was cleaned daily. It had everything you would expect from a hotel room. Overall, I highly recommend it. I should also mention that it is located in the city center, with access to all attractions and shops on foot or by train. Also, don't miss breakfast at the hotel with its amazing staff. I would like to thank the German and Dutch ladies, as well as the Italians, Luca and his friend. I would also like to thank the receptionist, Frank, who was very professional. If I visit Cologne again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel again.

Lovely hotel easy to get to from the station. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast good and excellent coffee in the room.

We had fantastic stay, the people were very kind and helpful, they have upgraded our room and we stayed in the suite which was like a home for us with kitchen, coffee, tea and all the necessary stuff. The location was perfect as well, close to all tue Christmas markets. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay in this hotel in our next trip.

This has been one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It is beautiful, cozy and has great attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. The amenities, including those in the room are more than most hotels offer. I also asked for a late check and they said no problem and decided not to charge me the late check out fee, which was super nice of them. Love this hotel and cannot wait to return!

It was a great location to every highlight of the city, it was clean. Bed was so cozy. All the products in the room was provided very well. Reception was kind and it was an easy check-in process. They even brought me map to show around and highlighted special places for me. Dont expect luxury it was pretty boutique and small, I have a whole outdoor terrace for me to smoke. Would Recommend

Great location in city centre, near lots of good shops, museums and restaurants. Hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building that has been decorated with care and personality. Very clean and quiet. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the owner was charming and hospitable, going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Loved my stay there and will definitely be back!

Cosy and elegant
This cosy little hotel is a pearl. Renovated and elegant rooms, nice and friendly staff, great location just next to Neumarkt and Rudolfplatz.
