We had a room in the main building. The stairs and the whole ambiance in this particular part of hotel is extremely old fashioned. So was the room. Only one teeny tiny pillow per person, not so comfortable bed and shower with low water pressure. All in all modern prices for 80ies charm. Cannot recommend

Amazing newly renovated apartments. The images were from the old hotel and how its been changed is briljant. Beautifull decorated With Nice Earth colors. We felt home. The host is super friendly. Good decent breakfast and good located close to city center at 6 min drive

My review of this hotel is truly excellent. I received a very good initial service from a lady who allowed us to check in early, always with a smile on her face. The breakfast was really good, and the facilities were cozy. The only negative point I’d like to highlight was the service from a young blonde girl at the reception, who didn’t know how to speak English. I used a translator to ask her a question, and she displayed a rude and negative attitude. I asked her to help me request a taxi to pick me up at the hotel, and again, she refused, so I had to ask a guest for help. Aside from this girl’s attitude, the rest was entirely favorable.

Our family’s stay here was absolutely wonderful. Our room was more than perfect, two separate rooms, both with two twin beds. We checked in late, and needed food but the restaurant closed in a few minutes. The staff were very accommodating, and helped us order food quickly and check in. We highly recommend staying here!

Hotel Kreuter was a wonderful stay for the whole family. Firstly, the room was absolutely perfect. We had two tons, each with two twin beds. This was perfect for a family of 4. The staff were also extremely kind and supportive. We checked in late and needed food as well, but their restaurant closed very soon. They were very helpful, and allowed us to order food and check in easily. Breakfast was also fantastic, and had lots of great options. Highly recommend!

First time, from the outside it looks more like an older building. Right on the Moselle with a main road in between. Very tight parking at the back, where the entrance to the rooms is. But the hotel entrance is at the front, near the restaurant. Check-in was OK, reservations were friendly. Single room with a very good bed, newly furnished. New carpet too, and the bathroom was newly renovated. So everything was really good. But... When the bathroom was renovated, they probably only thought about guests over 2.00 meters who are super fast. The toilet is so high that even a person of average height can't reach the floor with their feet (they really fall asleep when you go to the toilet). And although the shower is new, when you're in it with the shower doors closed it's so narrow that every movement changes the mixer tap handle - from warm to very cold to very hot! Despite that, I felt very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was very good, with traditional German dishes. All in all, it's very OK and I'd be happy to come back.

I stayed one night with my family in Hotel Kreuter. The hotel has parking space (in front of the hotel on the other side of the road), serves a very good breakfast and the personnel is very friendly. The rooms, although with a slightly outdated style, are spatious and comfortable. Only drawback during our stay is that the railroad bridge over the river is being worked on currently, and we did experience some noise hinder from the works.
