We drove into Koblenz and came across this charming little hotel. Very clean rooms, great food and very helpful owners. There is parking on-site and the overall atmosphere was delightful. Close to many attractions.

Restaurant is amazing. Great food, great service and cool ambient. So far the best Indian restaurant vi have ever been to.

Overall an ok experience. Friendly staff, but the room was not the cleanest. There was also quite a strong smell of food. Considering the price nothing to much to complain about.

Friendly staff, but the room was not very clean. On entrance you immediately notice that the rooms are located above a restaurant because of the spicy odour. But for this price the stay was satisfying.

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Also, the floor made a very loud noise every time we walked, almost like something out of a horror movie.

Very clean and easy to navigate. Helpful staff. Breakfast was affordable and extreamely good! Coffee was excellent.

Dated but comfortable Room. Shower good and no limit on water. Wifi initially worked well but issues reconnecting. Bed was comfortable and even though a thick duvet was provided I removed it from the cover and just used that as a sheet. Breakfast was excellent and only 4€ extra. Quiet and basic hotel just up the street away from the busy main road. Restaurant had good food and the room was simple but comfortable.

Hotel situated in a charming town. As is typical in this area there is no air conditioning. Just a short walk from the Moselle though.

Super convenient close to HBF and whole place is squeaky clean. I had a late check in but key box was perfect, just punch in code and key drops out with room #. They also had very secure bike parking inside and close to rooms which was a nice surprise. Also best price I saw in the area. Checks all the boxes for a simple place to rest up after a long day traveling or visitng the city.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was simple but good and only costs € 5 per day., WIFI great .The location of the hotel was great, only 1minutes from the main station and couple of minutes walking to the Rhine and from there a short walk to the old city, Value for money perfect

We were right above the entrance and were woken several times during the night by guests leaving/arriving around midnight, 03:10 and 06:00.

We stayed here for two nights after breaking down. They have been amazing. So kind and accommodating. The hotel is lovely with a beautiful garden and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thanks so much

Very good place to eat and to sleep. Some people say that the WIFI/WLAN is not good, but I haven't met any problem with it. The reception is friendly, and the bedroom is nice (free parking place, ventilator, own bathroom,...).

Stayed here for 2 nights in the gasthaus. Food was great fresh and cooked with care. Service was oké. The room was very warm. An airco or ventilator would be an great improvement. Breakfast was okay. Do not use the back off products but fresh from the backer the breakfast would be 4 stars. This is an ideal place to visit Koblenz. Just a short ride to the city.

Myself, my boyfriend and our puppy had such a lovely stay here in August! I must admit the pictures are a little misleading however the staff really went above and beyond for us. We stayed one night while passing through and our puppy is not so great at being left alone yet... the morning staff allowed us to sit in our own section of the restaurant in the morning so we could eat breakfast and bring...

Really nice and chilled place. They even got a piano you can play on! Unfortunately I didn't have the time to visit the restaurant, but looks like a place where you can eat good food! The beds are very comfortable and if you like to take a walk, the Rhein River is just about 15 min down the hill.

Nice place but a bit hard to find.

On a quiet Sunday noon, with only eight tables seated outdoors (of >20), staff was quick and attentive. On a busy Saturday afternoon half a year ago, everything bustling, everyone seemed overwhelmed, but still friendly. Public toilets nearby, which we were advised to use (instead of the hotel toilets indoors) were lacking soap and towels, however. The food, which might be ok for the average visitor...

Beautiful wooded location. Clean comfortable room. There is an interesting animal reserve next door. Lots of free parking. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a bar of soap and shampoo. I thought the breakfast was decent but not great with no cooked food available. These minor points don’t detract from how nice a place this is.

This is a good location for families with younger children. It is helping the way for those looking for city amenities. It's unique to the animals kept site. There was a bit of a challenge for non-German speakers.

Loved this property. Beautiful because it is so tranquil with awesome walking trails. The staff was extremely friendly and we loved seeing all the peacocks, boars, and deer. A nice breakfast was provided and check in/out was super easy even though we arrived around 9:30. Really wish we could have stayed longer. Yes older towels, and they don’t provide a plethora of high end soaps but does that really...

The hotel is well located and has easy access to the main tourist points.

A lovely place that offers exactly what is promised. A clean and warm bed, a nice and filling breakfast and in general a lovely space. All in close proximity to the city center, and more important for me to the train station. The title has been chosen, because of the cozy lobby where I met some wonderful people. All in all, this is a place that does exactly what is asked and excels at what it promises...

Excellent hotel chain we had never used before, but would certainly do so in the future. We had a family room that was very spacious and fitted our needs perfectly. The hotel is actually very close to the old town for walking. The online check in is a bit cumbersome with all the details needed to be entered. We arrived at 4:00pm and we got the last car park space, think you can do on street parking...

It was in a great location for the shops, restaurants, and cafe bars. The room was spacious with everything you would need and a few little extras. Electronic check in was ok. Great location and nice cozy rooms. Good value for the money. They don’t clean the room every day if you stay multiple nights.

The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient.

Good location, awful beds Great location but goodness the area is so, so noisy all throughout the night. I wish the windows were better soundproofed. The bedding and bed is awful, my back and neck is killing me after two nights there. Location can’t be beat but otherwise it leaves a lot to be desired.

It was a nice surprise. I was living in a comfortable 2-room apartment with a kitchen section. It becomes quiet at night if you close a window. Every week a room service was performed. There are flexible tariffs depending on the duration of your living. The hotel is located in the city center so the beautiful river embankment and necessary shops are near.

New, very good service. Attaches importance to improvement and speaks to the guest about this. Pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant / bar with appealing music.

So far we have been there twice: Dinner with 4 people - everyone was very satisfied with the food and drinks. Breakfast with 2 people - we had a very rich breakfast / brunch, designated for 2 - 3 people at a price of 29.90 € plus drinks. Very nicely presented! The eye eats too ;-) A fourth person would have been fed up with it, but there were only two of us. Perhaps this breakfast should be reduced...

The quality of the food was very good and it tasted delicious. The waiting time and for food and drinks was unfortunately a little longer due to the lack of staff, but this was made up for by the extreme friendliness. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we look forward to seeing you again.
