Great location, but it’s hard to get good employees

2 nights for Lübeck Xmas market, very good overall. The personal was absolute top class in service and friendliness. Too low capacity in elevators makes it troublesome during high demand

2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc

They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner

Thank you for the friendly and generous welcome we had! It was a great start to a lovely stay with kindness and warm hospitality throughout, and omg the food and the cocktails

The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something

Room with balcony. Good breakfast. Fine wellness.

I really enjoyed the location, which was very close to the sea. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were very comfortable, although they seemed a bit outdated.

Pretty nice hotel with good restaurant. Large rooms, partly with balcony. Location near the well maintained beach.

There is no spa as advertised but the saunas and steam plus rest area were excellent. It's a pity that there is no outdoor seating other than a noisy smoking area

Receptionist made me wait for a very long time before I could check-in. His female colleague did her best to run both the bar, buffett and check-in counter

Fast and easy check inn. Very nice breakfast with a great variety and super good service. The hotel rooms and beds was of a very good quality.

Their shampoo and similar products were also pretty good and natural. Staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke english

The photos of the hotel and rooms on the hotel web site are very good. The service was not attentive, the were occupied with themselves more then with the guests

5 stars! it is not a friendly gift but simply the fact that during our short trip, this hotel offers all the qualities that makes it so pleasant. Friendliness and helpfulness everywhere. always with a authentic smile

I also liked the breakfast, we were offered coffee and juice as well as eggs which were cooked according to wish and there was an open bar for bread, cheese, hams, fruit etc

A luxury and complete breakfast. service with a smile! Cosy room and service with a smile! Not one little negative point?. Yes one or two little things but than we smile

It is situated close to the beach (less than 5 min walk) and also close to the center with shops, bars and restaurants. The room interior looked just like the images

The spa was sadly closed due to environmental concerns. The pool was a bit too cold to relax in, it was more of an exercise pool. Two saunas, one with and one without bathing suits on

Dejlig hotel med venlig personale Dejligt hotel med virkelig venligt og serviceminded personale. Især i receptionen blev vi meget fint modtaget. Fin pool, fin kåbe og strandhåndklæder til at låne

Virkelig fin morgenmad med rigtig meget lækkert forskelligt mad og sekt. Eneste minus er at der ikke er mange p pladser på hotellet - så der er parkering ret langt derfra

Good hotel in nice surroundings Nice area by the golfcource. Nice terrace to have a glas of wine in the evening. Irritating having to order by your mobile or a screen

Great breakfast buffet, lots of assortments. Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms in an annex 300 m from main building. Parking was almost full, quite sandy and partly muddy.

The bar didn't recommend any wine and asked us to look digitally. To sum it up, a nice place to stay

2x 18 hole golf course and close location to the city and other activities

Var väldigt litet, fick inte plats med typ resväskor eller hänga kläder någonstans. Hade även 2 mellanstora hundar med oss. Betalade mycket för hundarna, men de hade bara satt fram en hundskål!

We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about

Breakfast was fantastic, not overwhelming offers (which is a good thing) and what was there was of great quality

The location was not so good, but the rooms service and all these things waa perfect and the Frühstück was very delicous.

Best place in Germany to visit!! Really Enjoyable Moment😍

Great hotel The staff was really welcoming and even gave us a tour of the facilities. In the basement there is a kids room and also a bar with free dart and pool which we enjoyed very much in the evening

The beds were great! The location and distance on foot to get to the city center or the harbor was pleasant. We would be happy to come back

The rooms where nice and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice, close to the ocean and to some alright restaurants

Wonderful hotel - we loved our stay! We had half board and enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner. Food quality was outstanding with meat / fish / vegetarian options available for dinner

Wonderful hotel and a cosy restaurant with good kitchen. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This gem is a really calm and perfect place to stay in. The restaurant serves delicious food and with great personal service. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very light

This has become our favorite hotel over all. I think it is the 7th time me and my wife spend time at this wonderful hotel with excellent service, delicious meals and wonderful baths

Thank you for these wonderful 3 days. Super nice and hardworking staff. We look forward to returning soon and hope that next time we will enjoy a holiday without restrictions.

Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is wellness area with swimming pool and sauna. Hotel is well connected by bus to train station and city center

The excellent breakfast and it's great that there is a small tea kitchen! Thank you very much, gladly again!

Service and the well-being of the guests is the top priority here and therefore even unusual wishes are personally fulfilled (thanks again to the owner Mr. Lehmann and his team 😉) We will definitely come a sixth time!!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a weekend. It was a friendly welcome, all the staff were very friendly and beamed with the sun and the bet. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable, even with an extra TV room

If something was empty, it was immediately refilled by the singing waitress, a very nice lady. In short, it was just great to be a guest here. Oh yes, charging stations are also there for vehicles

Center can be reached in 5 minutes, everything can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Will book the hotel again directly. Everyone in the house (hotel owner and staff 10/10) more than satisfied

Very nice little hotel, greeted by name upon arrival. Special requests were met to our complete satisfaction. Rooms well maintained and clean. Parking directly behind the house

Nice hotel on the beach. Room on road side is a bit noisy and there was no a/c so the window had to be open.

It's been a while, but it's still worth a good review. We've been there twice for several days, always in the family suite, and were always thrilled

Nice staff, great service, nice location, very close to the beach only a short walk about 100m maximum. The city center is also nearby and also the Baltic Sea thermal baths. Our daughter liked the loft bed best

We can have scrambled or fried eggs freshly prepared upon request. In the evenings, we sit on the beautiful terrace and enjoy an Aperol or a beer. For us, the hotel is a place to relax. About 100 meters from the beach

Very nice location, in the restaurant upstairs there is a TV on which sports can be streamed if desired and there is a large selection of drinks. But the selection of food is not huge but it is very tasty

Very, very nice and attentive staff! I have rarely experienced something so nice. Beds very comfortable, even with down comforter and pillows. It was very quiet at night and we slept well

We booked spontaneously and had great days in the historic hotel. We got an upgrade and had a great room with a sea view. The service was super nice and we felt very comfortable

I ate delicious today and booked a table for tomorrow. Service is fast and friendly. If there are three gourmet vegetarian dishes on the menu... the chef can definitely cook them as good as a steak??

The food was excellent and the service very friendly. All dishes were well presented and the selection covered almost all of our needs. And really good value for money

Cute, charming old house, made into a hotel. Very comfortable bed, large room and lots of space in the bathroom. Walkable to the main area of Timmendorfer Strand. We enjoyed our stay there!

Best restaurant, very nice hotel in the best location. The staff has always been very friendly and well trained. All wishes were fulfilled perfectly. It was a very pleasant stay in the best atmosphere

Dejligt centralt sted at være, med en stor grad af personlig service.

On May 14th, 21st we forgot to reserve, but the Holsteiner Hof gave us a table despite being booked out and we could still eat delicious. It tasted very good, the service was very friendly and attentive

A cozy hotel near the beach. Very good breakfast. Parking for the car worked well.

The hotel is located just across the small main street separating it from the beach. It is a 3 minute walk to the typical Strandkoerbe (semi-closed beach loungers) on the beach and the pier with a restaurant at its end

The beach is gorgeous, pristine and extending for many kilometers on either side. The hotel has parking and nice, fairly large rooms, some with balconies. The restaurant has tasty food and an ample breakfast buffet

the price was quite high, but typical for the area and season

We enjoyed the hotel gym as well which is good and well equipped for a hotel gym. Dogs are welcome - just not at breakfast

In urgent need of a place to recharge my batteries, I intuitively chose The Cozy Hotel - and my intuition guided me to a wonderful haven of peace! I started to relax as soon as my taxi drove up to the entrance

The staff were super attentive and friendly. The rooms - spacious and well furnished. The hotel has a very lovely vibe about it. Breakfast which is included in the room price was delicious, fresh and healthy

So if your kid falls asleep in it - good luck getting it up there 😅 also the room had no balcony

We asked to change it but the hotel was booked out - good for them 😉 All in all we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel despite the staircase issue

My room was spacious, the bed was ever so comfortable and the bedding of the highest quality. The location was so quiet at night that I slept with open windows for the first time in a long while
