Pretty sure the food is fine over all. Tho this is definitely not the restaurant you’d choose as a vegetarian.

We had a very good stay at Villa Neander for one week in the middle of July 2014. The hotel is situated in the main street close to everything, restaurants, shops and strand. We especially liked the pentry with a fridge and water boiler. The beds were great and every morning we could wake up to a great breakfast. As the parking behind the Villa was not so big, we were offered another parking at another hotel just about 5 minutes walk. We liked this also better as we did not have to drive at the main street (which was a "walking street".)

Had lunch at the restaurant. Friendly people, but the food was bad. They for example tried to pass some salad as Basil leaves. If they don’t have Basil then they should tell us when we order.

The first thing we hade to do when we arrived was to pay MORE money for the room that no one told oss. And when we asked Why the people that worked there couldent speak english and could not explained. They got angry then we asked again why we hade to pay more.
The room was very big byt firtfloor and everyone could se into the room from breakfast.
