Hotel Rodderhof in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

I haven't stayed at hotel, but I have visited restaurant and I will definitely not come back. It is a barbeque-buffet restaurant, where for dinner without drinks you pay 45 euro. The choice is not the widest, but not bad. From the meat itself only lamb was good. It is not possible to choose right time to come yo take meat - it is either too raw, or too overcooked. But there was definitely enough meat. Wine menu is wide, but the prices for local wines are 3 times higher than by the wineproducer. What I found completely unaccepteable, that when you come with a company of 16 people and ask 2 bottles of wine for all of us, the waiter tells you "oops, I poured the 2 bottles for 13 people, what shall we do with other 3?" If you are not sure you can pour 1 bottle for 8 people, please give the bottle to the clients. We are travelling quite often with big group of people and it is 1st time I met such situation... quite disappointed.

It’s not a 4 star hotel, it’s a 0.1 star maximum. Terrible rooms, our room was like from the 70s, no air condition. During our stay there was a laud music until 3 a.m. and we were not able to sleep…. 30 degrees outside, no air condition and crazy music outside

Good location. But then you experience the room quality. No air conditioning.Too hot without open window. No notification on the events in the city, especially if they are loud. Simply didn’t enjoy the stay.
