Late arrivals make check-in inconvenient, and I couldn't get through to customer service by phone. The room was spacious overall, and the environment was quite nice, but the location was a bit remote.

The hotel is located in a residential area and is fairly easy to reach by public transport. Parking isn't easy to find.
The room and bathroom were clean and OK for the price. The hotel management could replace some of the "blind" windows. Cleaning the windows from the outside would also be helpful.
The mattress was a bit worn, and the distance between the head of the bed and the relatively small TV was quite large, making it a bit difficult to watch TV. But as I said: OK for the price.
