Modern, well-equipped and spacious apartments at a fair price. Well located. Very attentive and helpful staff (specially Britta and Tim).
It really is an excellent option for those looking for a family apartment, even for long stays.

Had so.e problems to check in, since we came after 1800.
Turns out that the hptel will send a message by sms, whatsapp or email eith a code for each room for you to get in as well.
We didn't get this until after we came in byhelp from another Guest.
Obviously they send the message by whatsapp.
They need to be better to explain the procedures in the website, also for the mobile version, as we had no info about the procedures.
Anyway, they have some of the best mattresses in the world (my personal opinion) which is fairly firm, old type with springs which is the best for your body.
Small but really clever made rooms, plenty spacious, clean and tidy.
It even had a minibar filled and woth fair prices.
In the lobby they have a fridge with local beers, and open to be used as long as you inform the staff about what you take next morning.
The breakfast is far above normal German standard, and they have a really great and lovely selection for a perfect uk, continental or other type of breakfast.
Fair prices for staying, and a great location.

The double bed rooms were modern and clean! Things you don’t often see like, a Nespresso machine, filled minibar and a tablet were included in the room!
The breakfast the next morning was outrageously good! Lots of choice in cheese and meat, fresh orange juice and so on!!
The next time when we visit Cuxhaven we will definitely book Hotel Stadt Cuxhaven again.
