V nice experience. The town is beautiful and Hotel location is perfect. Free street parking is a plus. Restaurant options especially in 3 course menu and breakfast can be more vegan /vegetarian friendly.

The stay really was rather pleasant. We enjoyed the views and the apartment. We didn't much enjoy the prices of the restaurant when we went there unknowingly for lunch. This was a very relaxing hotel that was close to everything in town. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations for our first family vacation to Germany.

This is my second time at the Parkhotel Luise. The last time was 4 years ago. The stay was again very relaxing. I had a single room with half board. The room was very quiet, but I wish the rooms had been renovated. The carpeting doesn't look quite as nice anymore, and some parts of the bathroom could use some updating. The decor was very creative and artistic. The experience was very personal and did not feel like a chain hotel but a boutique resort.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated hotel. Room was perfect for a family (family room). Good swimming pool. Buffet dinner was good quality. Beds were very comfortable. We were only staying for one night as a pitstop on a longer road trip.

Absolutely beautiful set up. Really beautiful place, the locality is absolutely charming and the staff are absolutely amazingly wonderful, as is the fellow who owns the hotel, who is also head chef and does some extremely well executed dishes indeed. The steaks are beyond reproach, as is the deer ragout. I had a wonderful 10 or so days there.

Cozy and charming historical hotel with excellent restaurant and extensive wine list for very competitive price. All members of the service made us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended for a couple of days retreat exploring the area.

The hotel is simple, but very cosy. Personal, food, rooms - all is very nice. They really try their best. Sauna small, but was never busy.Finn sauna and bio(less temp). We were with friends- the attention from personal was very carrying, they got every our request very fast. Will definitely recommend this place.

Stayed in the Kull von Schmidsfelden for two nights in July. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was really good buffet-style with a range of fresh breads, meats, cheeses etc. The owners were really helpful, offering to drive us to the station on our last morning. The genuine sense of hospitality was way above and beyond. My brother and I stayed here while we were on an adventure together. We had booked two rooms, which were very reasonable. The meals were great. Not too many Americans come to this hotel.

A wonderful, small, family owned hotel in the northern Black Forest region. The staff is incredible friendly and will assist you wherever they can. This country hotel is a real gem! We felt comfortable from the first minute. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff impressed us every day. At the breakfast buffet there was everything your heart desires. A place to unwind, at least that's what we did every day, for example in the cozy pavilion on the terrace.
