Really lovely place to stay. Very good condition, food was excellent. Very friendly staff. I would love to stay there again
We booked this hotel last minute and we were not dissapointed. It is located in a secluded village, so probably a car is a must to stay there but otherwise it is excellent. We enjoyed their restaurant so much that we ate there every night. The staff is so lovely and accommodating and try to feel you at home. The view from our balcony was excellent. I just cannot recommend this place enough. The hotel is very child-friendly: they have good options for toddlers in the restarant and they were very friendly and accommodating with our son. There is always plenty of parking spaces. We really hope to come back.
Nice and polite customer service. Clean rooms and best part brilliant food.
My wife ordered a €20 pasta dish that still left her hungry due to a small dish, bare noodles and literally one pfifferlinge.
Service wasn't accurate- ordered potato salad but got French fries with no explanation as to why.
The waiter also thrust the menus back at us almost forcefully after our main for dessert and coffees without even a first chance of saying no. After then saying we didn't want anything else, we were asked "are you sure?". YES we are sure. They have no doubt been trained to ask these questions but the aggressive up-selling is a horrible turn-off.
Decor was nice, and the wine was served in a lovely manner. This didn't save our experience though, we were thoroughly let down in an area where there is no competition.
