Can’t say enough about the excellent staff, great room, wonderful breakfast and excellent food in the restaurant. Everyone was helpful and informative. We stayed two nights and ate there both nights

Food is well prepared and very good portions. This is a very quiet hotel on a hill and within walking distance to the vehicular incline which provides beautiful views

Traditional restaurant a short walk from the funicular base station. Full of locals it seemed which is always a good sign. We stopped for some cake as our accommodation host recommended it

The bed was extremely comfortable, the most comfortable of our 2 week trip. Breakfast was superb, an excellent selection of good quality products. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful

It's nice good location , but old building , staff are nice , but I did not like it because no elevator in the one we was so we Cary our bags to up steer second floor and we bring them down in check out and the steer was narrow ,and no enough light in the room 2 lamps are not working

We had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, both at checkin and during breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good and well organized. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy

We had some issues with late check in , but the manager and owner intervened promptly and solved the issue. The hotel was clean , well equipped and had very good breakfast. They need better system for late check in

Good breakkfast in the rate. The manager changed my room to give me a bathtub which I greatly appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past five years.

The room was compact but perfectly laid out and attractive - as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was outstanding

One thing that really was interesting is the attention to detail for the decoration, especially for the Christmas. Whoever appreciates those details, I would strongly suggest to visit this Hotel

It’s in the heart of the city Centre you can’t go wrong with this choice, especially if you’re travelling there for Christmas

Hard to find hotel due to blocked roads but once you do it was really nice.

I loved the German Gasthaus feel. Breakfast was great. Very polite workers. I did not like being forced to buy the discount card. That should have at least been mentioned in the hotel booking information.

Absolutely lovely little hotel, about 20 mins from town centre but a very pleasant walk. Great local pub just 5 mins walk away. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great. The location is nice with just a short ten minute walk to get into the shopping area.
