We stopped here during a family trip. I’d way under estimated the place from when I booked it. Just walking into the lobby showed that this place was very nice. Rooms confirmed this. Cons: limited space for serving food in the restaurant, always crowded. No pre-cut vegetables and a limited selection of sweet pastries (only croissants and biscuits). Room cleaning was average; bed linens were not changed during our 9-day stay. Pros: spacious rooms with balconies, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee machine, excellent pool and saunas, and beautiful interiors.

Stayed at Leonardo Royal hotel with my son whilst on a bike tour. Best five star I’ve ever stayed at (in terms of service and staff helpfulness). Some people say nothing is perfect, but the Brenner tries very hard to be perfect! It’s true that google maps takes you to the wrong spot (off by one street), so they should change that. But, once you arrive, the staff is ultra helpful. Nice and spacious rooms. Good breakfast, one can order omelet or porridge. Parking is available, but I it was a bit too narrow for our car.

Ideas for improvement The AC did not work. We asked for help and the receptionist tryed to work it out, but it was not possible. The bed would be much better if you could put a mattress topper on the bed. Everything else is very good

Very nice hotel and incredible location with underground access to both spas. We loved this hotel. Very spacious, clean, and great staff. The breakfast was delightful and certainly worth it. We will be back!

Getting to the hotel is difficult and the staff had no idea about the public transportation system and we almost missed our train but for convenience to the Caracalla spa it was perfect and you’re able to go directly into the spa and even pay at the hotel.

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor.there were plenty of loungers. Also a dry and wet sauna. The exercise room was under repair. Service in the restaurant and bar could have been better.

Nice building in a good location,close to the Action. In my opinion the value for money is not good. 150€ per night without breakfast(they charge 35!€ for breakfast with two people) and 19!!€ for parking the car in a very narrow garage is not worth it. They show beautiful pictures of their pool on the website.... but it's under construction and except for a small outside pool all was out of order...

It is a classic hotel with a long history. Located in the heart of the city, just 2 min walking from the Main Street. The breakfast was fabulous! Lots of great choices and excellent coffee. The room was small, but clean. It had a kettle and fridge and the bathroom had great lighting. The fridge wasn't super cold but I just assumed it was working. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, and accommodating with arrival time.

I highly recommend this hotel. I didn't speak English well at check-in, so the female staff member gave me a dirty look, but the male staff member was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a mediocre experience. Our room 303 was spacious and up to date furnished but nothing special. Bathroom was clean and up-to-date as well. Main beds were good. Breakfast was ok. Parking can be done in 2 parking garages in walking distance and costs max 20 p/d. Limited in hight but our tiguan with rooftop box fitted in. Hotel location is great and in dead center of town. Breakfast is five-star and as satisfying as an average German family hotel👍 But if it's not the main building, you need to use a key. The doors to other auxiliary buildings also need to be opened with a key, which takes a while. And the basic room type may not have air conditioning but only a fan. But the weather in Baden-Baden is not too hot and can be tolerated. I like to simply tidy up before checking...

The hotel is in a very good spot, the view is spectacular, the whole complex is very cute. On a clear we were able to see Strasburg cathedral. After our last day’s breakfast, I wanted to take a walk in the yard and have some juice, so I took a small bottle of juice with me on my way out, the waiter very rudely took it from me and looked at me like I’m a thief… I mean we stayed there for several nights...

You can walk to the ******, which is situated literally next to the hotel. If you're traveling by train, then it's better to take a taxi from Baden-Baden bahnhof to the hotel vice versa. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent and affords an easy walk right into town. The underground parking is tight for a larger car but you can squeeze in, it was busy when we visited. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast a good selection. Rooms were good and adequate.

A traditional hotel next to *** It's beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast is also satisfying. Location It's a great location, close to the promenade and the town, making it a great place to stroll around. I highly recommend strolling around town and visiting the hot springs. The photo shows this hotel when it first opened. It was on display inside the hotel.

A wonderful old villa that is now being used as a hotel! Located in the fancy central/ eastern part of the town, the staff are very well-mannered and -trained, the breakfast is delicious, and the room made me feel like I was in a movie about some posh people living in the late 19th/ early 20th century. I would definitely go there again, what a lovely place.

Such a lovely city at Christmas, and Hotel Der Kleine Prinz suited the atmosphere perfectly. The numerous paintings of The Little Prince on every floor, in the lounge, and in the rooms were absolutely charming. We stayed on the top floor, which felt like a cozy wooden cottage—very special and warm. One small point: we received only one bottle of water for the entire stay, which felt a bit limited....

This is a lovely smallish hotel, with nice individualized rooms. It is very quiet and well situated. The parking is shared with another hotel around the corner. It is near the center of the city. Breakfasts are nice with many varied options. We had an excellent dinner. The staff is very pleasant.

It was a fantastic property in a great location. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Baden-Baden, with a very good and varied buffet breakfast. The service was average and polite. Now, regarding the comfort of the single room, it was very poor—too small, poorly soundproofed, and the mattress was very poor for a child. The bed was fine for one night, but I don't recommend it. There are better hotels nearby for a little more.

Clean hotel, a bit outdated but fairly well located near the town center. A nice walk quickly brings you to a lovely park and eventually into a forest. The staff is friendly and was very keen to help us with our requests. Pets are welcome. We were in room 8, which is the only one with a door to the backyard. The room was clean and spacious and felt like a memory of old times splendor

Yes, I arrived at 12 noon and they let me check in early, which was very considerate. The breakfast snacks were average, and the cakes were especially good, but the variety was a little less than other places.

Hotel Romerhof has a delightful old-fashioned elegance. It's a nice small hotel with very attentive staff who spoke both German and English with us. The breakfast was simple and adequate. The hotel's location is excellent for the old town, Christmas market and spa.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Romerhof. By far our favorite hotel! Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean. Close to restaurants, shopping, bus service. Very walkable location. Close to Lichtenaler Allee, a lovely walk along the river. Would definitely stay here again!

A small, simple hotel, very close to both spas. No special features, but everything needed of excellent quality. Traditional room but modern shower room. Good sleep and excellent breakfast for a small place. I forgot something in room. They very kindly and efficiently posted it to me at home. Would go back there if I return for another spa day.

This hotel is located 2 min walking distance from the Caracalla term. It is also few minutes walk from the center of Baden-Baden and the bus stops. There is a covered garage at the property. It is the second time we stay in this hotel and we love it.

The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. But there were many problems - the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, there no acs so the rooms are very hot, etc During our stay there was also construction nearby so it was extremely.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay with great views, an attentive staff, and excellent breakfasts. The rooms are a nice size and the balcony is a perfect place to relax. It is close to downtown with the town center just a short walk away. Went back 6 months later for dinner and as always was a very enjoyable experience. Food and service were excellent.

Great room and location. It is on a hill so walking may be difficult for some people. I liked the quiet and the view. Wifi worked and parking was free.

Great location. Amazing views. Nice room. Slept super well. Only complaint was the shower was very hard to get to the right temperature—it was either cold, or scalding hot. After a few minutes of playing with the control I could get it a good temperature but it was difficult. I would stay here again. Really great value overall. Our room was fabulous.

I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again.

Great Hotel for Baden-Baden, however the walk back from the town centre may be a little too steep for some.

We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

Very cosy and quiet place to spend romantic vacation or businesstrip. Not far from the main attractions. We spent fantastic fortnight on this, 2015 new year. Thanks a lot to all the staff for care and the hotel owner for quality management!

I had a perfect stay here. The hosts are so friendly and hospitable. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. Parking is free. The breakfast is better than most 5* hotels I’ve stayed in, it must take them hours of prep and yet they’re still happy and smiley with every guest at 7am. There is no restaurant onsite so I ate at the restaurant opposite, there is however an honesty bar. I can’t wait...

A very nice chalet-style hotel, 10 minutes from the charming center of Baden-Baden, in a quiet location at the foot of the forest. The room had a terrace, and there was parking right outside. The breakfast was excellent with an extraordinary selection. We highly recommend this hotel.
