We had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, both at checkin and during breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good and well organized. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. The location is also excellent perfect for exploring the city on foot.
A small downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room. In addition, we feel that the mattresses and pillows could use improvement or replacement, as they were not very comfortable.
Overall, definitely recommended and a hotel where hospitality clearly comes first!

We only stayed one night, they were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were comfortable with noticeable upgrades for an older building. Breakfast was very good with lots of options but most of all the location to shopping can’t be beat for the price.
We will return to this hotel.

Staff was so nice and helpful! What a nice surprise, Room was amazing. It was like we had a small apartment! Breakfast was very good. Better than most of the hotels we have stayed. The staff went out of their way to accommodate.

Good breakkfast in the rate. The manager changed my room to give me a bathtub which I greatly appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past five years.

A lovely stay in a fantastic location, made extra special for us by Carmen on reception who was lovely and helpful throughout our stay - a real gem

This was my first time staying in Baden-Baden, and it was clean and nice. The staff at the hotel information desk were also incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.

Nice friendly small establishment Room for improvement in some areas of the hotel.

Property was okay. Better review would have been given but we received poor check in service.

Shower grouts need to be cleaned properly. Otherwise, decent place.

We had some issues with late check in , but the manager and owner intervened promptly and solved the issue.

The hotel was clean , well equipped and had very good breakfast.

They need better system for late check in . But overall great place. Happy to come again in the future.
