The is a family run hotel with excellent accommodations, super clean rooms, good Wifi and a lovely breakfast. It is slightly outside the center of Stuttgart but there is a metro stop nearby and so the center is easily accessible. It is more economical than hotels in the center.

Fantastic stay, room was clean and quiet with plenty of space. Was met with a smile and person at counter was perfessional and very helpful. Great resturants and grocery stores in walking distance as well as the train and bus stations.

The room was located in a remote, tiny village, making it difficult to shop and visit attractions. The service was also poor. The mattress had holes in it and was a thin foam mattress. Domestic workers don't sleep on foam mattresses; they were completely bluffing us. The bathroom radiator was dirty, and the carpet was worn. The hotel's photos were seriously inconsistent with the actual experience, a misleading display of deception. I complained to the health supervisor about the room's filth and poor condition, but she responded with a stern tone, saying we'd booked it ourselves. She also said the bed was fine, so don't worry about it. The pillows were yellowed and smelled musty. There was no air conditioning or kettle in the room.

Simple but perfect hotel at a more than good quality/price ratio.

Clean, new and silent bedrooms.
Electric plugs for electric cars and dedicated car park.

More than complete breakfast, with everything on self service plus everything you could need proposed by the hotel tenants.

And all this with friendly people all around.

The location of the hotel is the only clear advantage. It is close to the airport and there is a nice open swimming pool 10 minutes of walk away. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants/pizzerias are also quite close.

There were a lot of disadvantages:
- Our room was on the attic floor. It was small in area and further restricted by the slopes of the roof. I am quite tall, and it was very uncomfortable - I kept hitting my head.
- This floor was unreachable with an elevator, and we had to bring all our bags manually via very tight wooden ladder.
- In contrast to information from Booking.com there was no free parking available. They has like three parking lots outside, but they were already occupied. I had to pay additional 20 euro for underground parking in cash (a reception guy said that I had to pay an additional 10% if I would have chosen to pay by card — I'm not sure that it is even legal)
- There was no kettle in the room and no other option to get hot water despite the fact that I had asked the hotel staff. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing for our family with two children.

We are refugees from Ukraine.We lived here for 3 month. We are grateful for their hospitality. If you appreciate cleanliness, order and comfort, then you will love this hotel.

Amazing find in quiet area! Gracious hosts!
Our family had to make last minute changes to our Europe trip due to covid lockdowns. We found this place on the website based on location to the airport and the fact that they had rooms that actually handled our family without a rollaway or sofa bed. We were SOOO impressed with the room we had and the owners went out of their way to help us with our ever changing plans. The place was quiet and located near several amazing restaurants. WIFI was provided. Breakfast was amazing and we were served far more than we could eat. I can't say enough about the hospitality of this place. A definite find ... we will hopefully be able to return post covid. :) Thank you Akzent!

The location is quiet and peaceful.very clean rooms.friendly helpful staff .suitable for small family. I enjoyed it and had new dear friends.

Nice clean hotel with perfect breakfast. Reallz good location - Ubahn station is around 5 mins walking, also some restaurants and supermarket are rather close. The staff is polite and responsive:)
But it's confusing to pay for the internet access additionally.
