The room was located in a remote, tiny village, making it difficult to shop and visit attractions. The service was also poor. The mattress had holes in it and was a thin foam mattress. Domestic workers don't sleep on foam mattresses; they were completely bluffing us. The bathroom radiator was dirty, and the carpet was worn. The hotel's photos were seriously inconsistent with the actual experience, a misleading display of deception. I complained to the health supervisor about the room's filth and poor condition, but she responded with a stern tone, saying we'd booked it ourselves. She also said the bed was fine, so don't worry about it. The pillows were yellowed and smelled musty. There was no air conditioning or kettle in the room.

We are refugees from Ukraine.We lived here for 3 month. We are grateful for their hospitality. If you appreciate cleanliness, order and comfort, then you will love this hotel.

Amazing find in quiet area! Gracious hosts!
Our family had to make last minute changes to our Europe trip due to covid lockdowns. We found this place on the website based on location to the airport and the fact that they had rooms that actually handled our family without a rollaway or sofa bed. We were SOOO impressed with the room we had and the owners went out of their way to help us with our ever changing plans. The place was quiet and located near several amazing restaurants. WIFI was provided. Breakfast was amazing and we were served far more than we could eat. I can't say enough about the hospitality of this place. A definite find ... we will hopefully be able to return post covid. :) Thank you Akzent!

The location is quiet and peaceful.very clean rooms.friendly helpful staff .suitable for small family. I enjoyed it and had new dear friends.

Nice clean hotel with perfect breakfast. Reallz good location - Ubahn station is around 5 mins walking, also some restaurants and supermarket are rather close. The staff is polite and responsive:)
But it's confusing to pay for the internet access additionally.

The owner of the Hotel is the MOST UN-POLITE and RUDE person I have met in all my visits at hotels.

He was trying to telling me all the time that it was my fault that the internet connection was not good and that the magnetic-key was not opening the door at all times.

I was expecting much better respect when he asks 200 euro (!!!!!) per night.

On the day of check-out I took my plane boarding-passes (that he printed for me) from the reception desk and he accused me of stole them (!!!!) because I took them without asking him.

I don't know how they still let him manage a hotel

Normally tonight I should sleep in Akzent Hotel
I'm come from other country by plane late
I call the Hotel from Stuttgart central station to inform him I will cam late in 22h
I'm really surprised how the man in reception token to me and tell me that my reservation I canceled!!!!
He hung up the phone twice without giving me time to discuss with him.
Is it because my nationality!!!! ?
I work with Bosch and I came to Germany for training, just one week ?
I love this country ?

Thank you very much for our stay at your hotel. We needed to find a room at the last minute that wasn't too expensive. You had a room available and you were very nice. The room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was a nice place. The rooms were cleaned daily, and they were comfortable enough. The area was nice, and there was train access close by. Also, the WiFi was good. The free breakfast was also quite nice.

However, the owner was rather rude. He made any interaction with him feel like an intrusion, and I was very reluctant to ask questions without feeling belittled by his answers. He made it difficult to feel comfortable in the hotel. There was also a daily parking fee of €6 that I was unaware of until I received the final invoice.

Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay if you don’t have to interact with the owner. It is a great facility, but not a welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel was booked by my work, instead multiple reviews and was at first a bit apprehensive, however I found the negatives to be ill founded. The hotel was very clean and the owners to be very welcoming. The breakfast was good and rooms very clean and comfortable. The hotel's drinks prices were very reasonable and staff very helpful. The hotel offers reasonably priced public transport tickets and is located in a very nice area with plenty of things to do. It's also on between 2 train stations which can take you to the city and has a bus stop outside it's doors. At night the "lobby" is closed however your key works on an alternative entrance. I plan on staying here again for business and personal use.
