I had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel feels new and clean, and the rooms are simple but comfortable! The location is great, walking distance to the train station and the Weststadt, with organic shops and coworking spaces nearby. The hotel has a great location, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. However, it’s right next to the tram track, so you can expect some noise, especially at night. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which was generally clean and comfortable, but there were some visible ceiling edges. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you don’t mind a bit of city noise.

The room was wonderful, until we realized it had not AC, and it was hot during our stay. They provide a fan, which helped. Also, they had a refrigerator, but it didn't keep items cold. We had to buy ice.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2025. Family of four. The location is relatively central and close to the train station. This is great for those on foot but it also means it is loud and busy in the area. There is a park across the street towards train station that had people in it talking loudly and screaming until late into the morning. This is a very well maintained, modest hotel in a lovely part of town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but note that the reception desk closes between 10:30p and 6:30a. The hotel is small and not spectacular but for a simple, straightforward stay in Heidelberg on a charming square (with a farmers market some mornings) it’s really exceptional.

Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.

Quiet hotel in the hills next to Heidelberg. Old city center only 10 minutes away. Nice place to slow down and relax. No AC in room, so very warm if it’s hot outside. The room wasn't big but it was clean, though the hot water wasn't very good. The restaurant downstairs was exquisitely decorated with a musical instrument theme.
