Although the hotel is dated -- you're in a historic city -- the rooms and facilities were sparkling clean! We were upgraded to a river-view room - stunning. The staff are amazing, helpful, and quick with requests

the hotel itself has such a huge and decor rich living area which we loved because we also had to spend some time there on check out day. best of all was the fact that my little pet was allowed to roam around everywhere

Located within 1 kilometer of the central station, with a shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport, it offers convenient access to tourist attractions, and there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and cafes nearby – the location is superb

Furthermore, even though I had booked the return shuttle the day before, and it was the first departure of the day, it seems there was a mix-up and they couldn't even pick me up before it departed

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is not air conditioned, which is not unusual. Hotel was right next to train station which was nice. Overall, nice, comfortable hotel

However, the bus and tram station is also next to the main station, it make it very convenient to the market. The room is smelly (not smoking smell) , not sure what it is

Walking to the hotel at night can be dangerous for solo traveller, in front of the place is a car park, and many stranger and homeless people is around the station

Not far from Heidelberg Station, surrounded by supermarkets, DM and pharmacies, as well as the Good Luck Hans burger restaurant, it is very convenient.

The hotel is in a relatively modern area of ​​Heidelberg, not in the old town. Parking is located downstairs of the hotel and costs 14.8 euros. The room is quite clean and not too big.

For those who can't walk, the tram stops almost right in front of the door. Dogs are not a problem here either, good big underground car park and very friendly and competent staff in the service area

To that I'll say that I originally gave 2 stars even though the shower pressure was good and the bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet (these can be acknowledged even with a negative experience), but I've updated my rating just because of how I was treated by them even if after the situation

Very nice room This is a great place to stay if you have a car to move around although a tram station is not too far from it. The property is well kept and the employees there are very friendly and helpful

A fantastic hotel, room was really comfortable and spacious and so clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free parking on site which was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasty

A few points to note: - there’s no hot drinks making facilities in the room (no electric kettle and cups) - there’s no drinking water provided in the room - pillow depth is close to none even when doubled - toiletries given was super tiny and not of good quality - walking distance away from great grocery store and tram travel network - breakfast to be paid extra and the range of food to choose from...

Buffet breakfast, not included in room rate, had a good choice of food and a relatively modest price restaurant menu as well. Public transport, Tram, is just a few minutes walk from the hotel

Room was good size, large walk in shower. They have parking that you pay for but there is parking on the street. Is close to the tram line into Heidelberg but the hotel is actually in Eppelheim

Unique is the location on the main (pedestrian) street, while the carpark (and main attractions) are not far away. The room amd bathroon are spacious. Daily cleaning is only if you ask for it

The staff we encountered were super friendly. Parking outside is not possible, so we’d recommend you drive to the end of Theatrestrausse to where you can see the pedestrianised part, and take your baggage to the hotel

If you do have a roof box, P10 parking has enough height (even though underground) – on foot this is some way from the hotel (especially if you have lots of bags). Overall would highly recommend this hotel

We loved the central location of this hotel on the main pedestrian street amongst shops and restaurants. Our rooms were Roma and Peking, both of which were highly unique, very clean and comfortable

If you don’t have a roof box or high vehicle, there are plenty of underground parking options (the closest being P11 one street over on Sandgasse near the university)

We noticed the toilet roll had been folded into points, my shower hat from home - which I'd hung up, had been thrown away and the beds left UNMADE. We had a kettle and no cups or spoons

Our room has a nice size and many windows for natural breeze and air. It also includes the decent quality breakfast, which is very convenient. The only challenge is for the Uber driver to pick us up

We called an Uber to pick us up to the train station, it took the Uber driver a long time to find us. We had to cancel one order Uber driver prior because he couldn’t find us
