Excellent location near the pedestrian area; fantastic, well-prepared breakfast. The only downside is the room location: you have to take the elevator to the second floor and then walk down the stairs with your suitcases to the first floor. Our dog was welcomed warmly, but it would be nice to at least include a small welcome gift.

Located within 1 kilometer of the central station, with a shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport, it offers convenient access to tourist attractions, and there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and cafes nearby – the location is superb. This hotel has been passed down by a family for over a hundred years. The swimming pool is small, the service is good, and the breakfast variety is not very large.

We stayed in a room in the main building and were given a room type upon check-in. This is a very elegant hotel. Although historic, it has been modernized and updated to be very comfortable. I drove from Munich to the Rhine Valley and stayed here for one night. I also checked in Heidelberg, which was nice.

The staff were so kind to Koreans who came from far away! (Especially the female receptionist.) Even though I checked in late, they even arranged dinner for me, and the view was amazing! They even have a dedicated parking lot, so parking is super convenient. If you have a rental car, I highly recommend it. Thank you again for your kindness.

Fabulous hotel - newly built, good facilities, clean, bright and with outstanding views over Heidelberg. There is also good parking on site. The funicular railway is right next door giving access direct to the Altstadt and Schloss. Highly recommended.

We had lovely days. Once more. It was the fourth time visiting. Location awesome. Rooms pretty nice. Service can vary, depending on the person. We’ve been lucky with 19 persons out of 20. As always - how you treat people is important how they treat you.

A fantastic hotel, room was really comfortable and spacious and so clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free parking on site which was a bonus. Very nice room This is a great place to stay if you have a car to move around although a tram station is not too far from it. The property is well kept and the employees there are very friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of space and amenities. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but that's just us. The only thing they can really improve upon is the Wi-fi as it is basically worthless...

Nice and clean rooms. Parking is at extra costs at the hotel car park. Very little communal area. If you just want a room to sleep for the night, it is fine. But if you travel with friends and would like to sit around and chat with a coffee, there are not much facilities at the hotel. It would be nice if at least they can offer some tea and coffee at the reception area.

Heidelberg is a walkable city and this hotel is located at a convenient spot for the same. It is within walking distance of the university. You can also easily access the Heidelberg Castle after a 30-minute walk from this place. There are multiple breakfast cafes and restaurants very close to the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and prompt with their service. Ola and Uber are also easily available...

It’s a nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. A nice option for people who only needs a WiFi, breakfast and some rest. Though it is away from the city center, there is a direct train right from the hotel to the center. Surprisingly convenient. Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.
