I am so pleased with the customer service of this hotel. I wanted to just visit Rheingalerie across from the hotel the other day with my two daughters and we realized we had forgotten our bike locks. I did not want to go all the way back home so I went into Moxy and asked for help and they made the biggest effort and locked our two bikes into a separate room out in the back even though we were not...

Family Room was enough spacious for 2 adults plus 2 kids. Rooms were neat and clean. Near to city center.. It will be good if they keep at least one bottle of water and a kettle to make some coffee or tea in the Rooms.. Else everything was as expected.

Located near the Rhine River, a morning run along the riverbank amidst the golden autumn leaves is a wonderful experience. The hotel is part of the Marriott group and is comparable to a 3-4 star hotel in China.

This hotel is perfect 👌, we'll maybe except for the parking 😉. Nice rooms, good service, friendly staff. Would definitely advise!

The rooms can be better. The service is good. The location is very very good. I recommend people who come to Ludwigshafen to reserve in this hotel. I am in the hotel with my family. The children are very happy.

It was not me staying in the Hotel, I did undergo an operation in the near by hospital and my wife was staying in the hotel. As useal, the stay in the hospital had to be extendet and the hotel had no problem with the dayly changes. Finally thestay in the hospital could not be calculated anymore and my wife checked out and the hotel allowed us to leave my car without additional cost there. Maybe next...

Very friendly stuff, nice and clean rooms Can recommend this place.

Good service and good food! The service was fantastic! Our family checked in pretty late and they offered us a special treatment allowing us to order a quick dinner after working hours! Great restaurant in the hotel which is located in downtown area and very convenient for walking and going to anywhere.

Bit of a walk from bars and restaurants but all in all very pleased. Excellent parking facilities.

Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would certainly come back again.

We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! Very clean and nice room with excellent service.

I have stayed here twice for a week or 2 for training. It was the best experience i have had, hands down attentive staff, outstanding accomodations, the best breakfast ever !!!!!. Will definatley return and bring my family to this awesome Inn. Thank you for the experience!

The hotel accommodated my request for an upper floor and not giving me the last room of the corridor. The customer can also get access to hot water at the ground floor. The location of the hotel is okay and safe.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was pretty good, and the stay was comfortable and quiet!

Great Staff and Atmosphere! Wonderful the addvocat drink at reception- plus gratis coffee and cake. The big minus point was that the T.V. reception was inacceptable... the ONLY channel that worked was the shopping channel. In an area where there is not much going on, TV for guests should be a given!

great room with good mattresses, clean and spacious. We had a fun to cope with heat. Unfortunately, the windows had to be closed during sleeping due to traffic noise.

All the staff were very kind!

Overall excellent, though tea/coffee facilities in the room we're not replenished. Appreciated the upgrade to a room with air conditioning!

The location is not perfect, a bit far from the train station if you go there by walk. But the room is good, and they have free Wi-Fi.

A night in Mannheim The price, space, location and friendliness was a high rating. When I dropped off my car rental late at night, I wasn’t able to reach a taxi cab. I texted a family member at the hotel and the clerk called a taxi to pick me up at car rental and drop me off at hotel. That meant a lot! It started well with the staff changing our room as the one selected was way too warm. The location is good, in the center. The code to enter back to the hotel at night did not work. TWICE. 2 different codes. We got lucky some guests let us in. Bathroom are ok. Cleaning ok.

A quickie in Mannheim I needed an economical place for one night for a business trip that was safe, clean, easy walking distance conference center and train station. Only odd thing was that I was housed at Hotel Bismarck, a sister hotel, with no frorewarning despite my explicit email that I would arrive at midnight. I spent 7 hours there and did not partake breakfast due to meeting schedule.

We stayed last minute 2 nights for a family emergency, location near the Klinikum Ludwigshafen, directly at Ebertpark was a big plus for us, so was the possibility of same day cancellation and late check in (24h reception). Very friendly staff at the reception as well as the lady in the breakfast room. Comfy and big room with an excellent bed and bathroom. Nearby at walking distance was a good restaurant. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of things to eat. You can even get a bag for some extras for on the road. The location off the highway is great for an stop in the journey. I will stay there again...

Very nice place and friendly personnel. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was really nice and clean. Also the food and drinks were really good, we could enjoy it on their little green terrace, which had the feeling of a garden.

Super friendly staff, loved the Bier garten and relaxed atmosphere. The food here is always too notch and has been very well prepared and presented. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in seckenheim.

We have played in the Restaurant by the wine growers in the Celebration of our Wedding. The Service and the food were just perfect, our wishes were all fulfilled. In the Winter, very nice in the fireplace room and in the summer, perfect to unwind on the terrace. We are certainly looking at this year, one or the other time over :)

Really nice staff and also a clean hotel. Only drawback is that the hours are limited when you can get help from an employee on site. The reception is staffed from 12:00-18:00 although the other staff like cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful, and to be fair the reception staff does sometimes work outside the posted time. However the self check in works pretty well.

The Location is magnificent The rooms are big. Bathroom was very clean.

Room was clean, reception ok but not always open, location is ok. Didn't like that basically everybody can get to the different floors. This doesn't feel safe, especially at night.
