Really nice staff and also a clean hotel. Only drawback is that the hours are limited when you can get help from an employee on site. The reception is staffed from 12:00-18:00 although the other staff like cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful, and to be fair the reception staff does sometimes work outside the posted time. However the self check in works pretty well.

Will not come back again. Can't sleep as beside the main road. Can hear rails and unfortunate at night, people horning the car. Can only sleep at 1.30 after taking sleeping pills. Hot water takes long. Lift still spoilt despite warning that it will repair max end june and i came 2nf july

Room was clean, reception ok but not always open, location is ok. Didn't like that basically everybody can get to the different floors. This doesn't feel safe, especially at night.

What to say about this hotel???
Location is very good but almost everything else was disaster.
First there was no hot water and after half an hour there was no water at all.
At least they were so kind to give me my money back. Maybe it was only my bad luck and I will try to give them one more chance In the future.

Centrally located Hotel, 5 minutes from the train station and not far from the pedestrian zone. A bit outdated rooms, but with comfortable beds, TV, Wi-Fi, and very clean. The water you had to really run for a while, what was written already.
Very friendly staff always with a Smile on his face and a small Breakfast buffet, the leaves nothing to be desired. Everything would check in a 3* Hotel in the I again at any time.

The hotel is well located but the rooms and the place in general is quite old. The internet is awful and I have to say that it did not work in my whole stay.

What a lovely little spot this is.
Great food, great service, great prices.
I had the 250g rump steak that was cooked perfectly with a wonderful pomegranate salad with a balsamic dressing washed down with an equally pinot noir.
Only €26 for the steak and salad.
Nothing about this restaurant disappointed.
It is small, so, if you're set on going here, best book ahead as I got the last table when I drifted in off the back of the other Google reviews.

Middle ages come back, you can go and try, it was like another world. Poor service, rats playing around the hotel (can be documented with video). But if you hate air conditioner its good place - no any air conditioner. This is not 3-star hotel, may be 2 star.

Very rude personal. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Lots of rats and insects. If you’re sensitive to noises in the middle of night, stay away from this place.

Rooms are clean and stuff is very nice. The reason for this 2 star rating is the fact that I received a room different from what I booked on booking. The pictures on booking looked much better than the room that I got. Another issue was the fact that it didn't have a double bed, but twin beds which was annoying. After complaining at the reception I got another room which looked more like the one on booking, but it still didn't have a double bed, but a single larger one. The price that I paid for this hotel is too high from my point of view. Moreover, the breakfast was not included and for 7euro/day I find this very expensive considering the fact that you didn't have a lot of options and it didn't vary from day to day.
