Excellent hotel next to the train station. Rooms are clean and the fitness room is good. As well, both the breakfast and the restaurant provide very good food.

Well-located hotel near Mannheim train station. We had a quiet room on the second floor. The station was within walking distance. Breakfast was good and relaxed

We travel full time and can not recall a hotel stay being flawless, and this one was! It’s in a great location being right next to the train station, super comfortable beds and sheeting, no fragrance on the linen nor towels which is so welcoming, decaffeinated capsules for I room Nepresso machine, esthetically pleasing decor throughout and a super kind staff

The employees are more than friendly, always pay attention and make you feel welcome. Almost feels like coming home

There was much thought put into the design and furnishing of rhe rooms. The bar and restaurant was excellent snd food delicious. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options

I am very often at the Dorint Hotel and always very satisfied. Breakfast is by far the best thing I know of. The room was very clean and the Service accommodating and friendly.

Receptionist could have been more forthcoming greeting the hotel guests than just standing at the receptionist and glaring at the hotel guests instead. Overall our experience at Dorint hotel was alright

He wears regular clothes and isn't very friendly. Instead of saying goodnight, he gives you a stern look. He acts like you're entering a nightclub. If you ask a question, he gives a rude answer

Parking is €10 per day, and it’s quite easily accessible. The parking spaces can be a bit cramped if you’re lugging around a lot of luggage, but overall, it’s quite good value for money compared to some other hotels

There was a bit of mould on the walls, and the showerhead was a rather yellowy hue. It definitely needed a thorough cleaning. I did read that some rooms are renovated, so it seems like it’s a bit of a mixed bag

Family Room was enough spacious for 2 adults plus 2 kids. It will be good if they keep at least one bottle of water and a kettle to make some coffee or tea in the Rooms. Else everything was as expected

I did not want to go all the way back home so I went into Moxy and asked for help and they made the biggest effort and locked our two bikes into a separate room out in the back even though we were not even guests there

Located near the Rhine River, a morning run along the riverbank amidst the golden autumn leaves is a wonderful experience. The hotel is part of the Marriott group and is comparable to a 3-4 star hotel in China.

I was just so pleased and grateful they did that when they did not have to do this at all

I have stayed here twice for a week or 2 for training. It was the best experience i have had, hands down attentive staff, outstanding accomodations, the best breakfast ever !!!!!

The rooms were very adequate for one person and very clean, even though I arrived in the evening, the staff kindly helped me reach my room on the phone in English, it would be better if there was a place in the courtyard for smoking, not just in front of the building

Very nice and cosy Hotel with excellent kitchen and good wine selection. I was here for a business Overnight stay and would choose it again at any time. Especially the really cozy beer garden in the courtyard.

I was on duty - many times in the husbandmen are housed and have nearly made all of the rooms from the first floor up in the gable. My Résumé: there is no "urigeres" Hotel as the "wine gardener" in Seggene!

This gave me the trust that I was not alone and there was people that care for foreigners. The front staff was very professional and always on guard to our needs. The cleanup crew were very respectful and courteous

Although the hotel is not in the centre of the city, there are still several good restaurants near by, and once you have your orientation, it's only a 10 minute walk (or less) to the railway station

So I was not at the Gartenstadt for happy reasons and I ended up staying there almost a month. First, the people who own and run the hotel could not possibly have been kinder or more helpful

It started well with the staff changing our room as the one selected was way too warm. The location is good, in the center. The code to enter back to the hotel at night did not work. We got lucky some guests let us in

My one night stay was good BUT The biggest problem was that we couldn’t access the hotel at midnight. We needed to get the key and code to our room from another hotel and this wasn’t mentioned in the website

We stayed last minute 2 nights for a family emergency, location near the Klinikum Ludwigshafen, directly at Ebertpark was a big plus for us, so was the possibility of same day cancellation and late check in (24h reception)
