I have stayed in many hotels in Mannheim during my studies here. Unfortunately, I had to change hotels several times until I found this one, which I can confidently say offers top-notch services. The receptionists are friendly, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the à la carte food was a pleasant surprise. I was especially impressed to see that the air conditioning works well, unlike in other hotels where I had issues.

The breakfast is fresh and shows that they invest in quality products. I am writing this review after having stayed here twice already, with a third stay coming up, because I am extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Cozy and central place to stay
Newly renovated, spacious, and well equipped rooms, especially the shower was pretty and large. Only thing I missed was a fridge. Staff very friendly, check-in and -out fast.
Well suited for a business trip with a tram line just around the corner and restaurants/bars and supermarkets nearby. No fancy things like gym or spa on site, but did not miss that.

Stayed one night at the Kleiner Rosengarten in a double deluxe room. The room was spacious and had everything we like in a hotel room: mini bar, storage space, plenty of hooks for coats and towels, tissue, makeup mirror, sufficient outlets, desk, and more. The decor was nice, staff were friendly, and breakfast plentiful. There is underground garage parking available about a block away so not bad. It was a bit difficult to stop in front of the hotel but we made it work. Overall we were very happy with our stay. If we ever return to Mannheim, we would stay here again and also recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at this gem of a hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival at the reception we were all made to feel very welcome. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had everything you needed as well as being so quiet despite being in the city. The bathroom toiletries were of a high quality. We will definitely return.

Ate dinner with coworkers here.
The front desk is really kind and helpful. The restaurant was delicious. They are Italian and my coworker comes from Italy and she even said how delicious the food was. Price was „normal“.
