I stayed for 8 nights and truly appreciated their outstanding service. Every day, the staff made sure my room was perfectly clean and that I had everything I needed — coffee, tea, water, anything. They were always ready to help with a smile.
The reception team is incredibly friendly, and their service is amazing. I had booked a downgraded room for my last night, but they kindly let me stay in the same (more expensive) room without extra charge. Check-out was at 12:00 pm, but because my flight was at night, they also allowed me a late check-out. What an amazing service!
The breakfast is also fantastic — fresh toast, porridge, waffles, and the staff are super kind and attentive.
I would 100% come back again. Truly recommended!
We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay there a lot, and it would be our first choice when we visit Mannheim again. It is very nice and clean with the best location.
All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.
Only thing I would wish to change would be the coffee place, it’s not open on Sundays and it doesn’t open until 10am.
Convenient parking in the car park on L-3, there is a lift taking you straight to the lobby.
