LanzCarré Hotel Mannheim, a member of Radisson Individuals in Mannheim

It was a very nice stay. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Got upgraded to a nice room and even got a voucher for free drink.

The location is central yet quiet. We had a nice room with a view of the green park.

Great location, clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, even given the coronavirus situation! The food is very good, and the wines in the evening restaurant are excellent. I felt very comfortable here.

Paul and Roma were very helpful at check-in. I went to my room, and while there was a large bed, the sofa was made up as a bed. I went back to reception, to ask if someone from housekeeping could unmake the sofa, to be told that all housekeeping staff had left! I was told that he hotel was full and they were not sure they could find another room, but they did. On the same floor and virtually the same room and the sofa was not made up! However, 2 single duvets on the bed (as sometimes happens in Germany). No other types of duvet available, which was most unfortunate as I was travelling alone. I survived for 3 nights! I received a free drink at the bar plus a small bottle of wine in my room, much appreciated. I had some great conversations with Dragush (not sure of spelling) at the bar and really appreciated his attentiveness. I had one meal at the hotel. It was okay but I didn't find the menu so appealing. Breakfast was disappointing. No welcome or offer of a coffee. I had to find my own table and also collect cutlery, etc. More professionalism of staff required. It was the same for 3 mornings, so there seems to be a problem at breakfast. Selection not great and the bacon was dry and brittle. No indication as to whether an omelette or fried egg could be ordered. Just scrambled egg available. I had some laundry done. The price was reasonable - 18 euros for 4 shirts, compared to 48 euros at Radisson Leipzig! Quite a difference. Very friendly checkout. Although the hotel is not in the centre of the city, there are still several good restaurants near by, and once you have your orientation, it's only a 10 minute walk (or less) to the railway station.

Went to Mannheim as I lived there from 1960-1962 when my Father was stationed there with the US Army. The town and surrounding area has changed in that town. Construction is all over the area and the Military Bases have been bulldozed with the Army giving the Bases the Bases back to the German Government in 1990. Still an enjoyable visit!!!

A good radisson Hotel. Nothing special, just like you expect. However you feel that there are changes. Not always for the better.

The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good. The front desk communicates fluently in English

It was a great experience staying at Radission hotel , LanzCarre . The staff was very cooperative and supportive . Their device was very good. The break fast was very good although a bit expensive. Overall a very good experiences. People visiting The nearby Factory can stay here as it is walking distance from Hotel
