What a great few days we had. Two negatives. We didnt stay long enough and their online booking platform for things like massages is not super user friendly but that's me trying to nitpick really! The place is MASSIVE but also spotless. Rooms are well appointed and they are very accommodating to children. We received a crib, baby cup, baby slippers and dressing gown as well as a changing mat and nappy...

The location is pretty good, and generally walkable to a few destinations. I'd stay here again. The breakfast is pretty over priced for what you get. The rooms are great quality, but I don't think the AC works, or it has some annoying energy saving, but my room would get hot at night. That was a downside.

We arrived on a very hot afternoon and were warmly welcomed to the hotel. We had a good room on the first floor overlooking the garden. There is building work on going at the hotel and half the garden and the outdoor pool are part of the building site. Everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for harder pillows and soon after we found them already in our room. They provided a rich breakfast buffet. The food was excellent and as a vegetarian I always had options. The location is very quiet and near to many hiking paths. We had a great time!

The views from our beautifully furnished, spacious room were lovely, especially with fall foliage. At the owner's suggestion, we walked into town through the woods and back along the lake. Idilic place to stay for the Christmas season. We arrived by train so had no transport of our own but this was not a problem, we enjoyed walking around the area. Very peaceful and isolated, perfect for us. We would like to return during the spring or summer to see the area in a different way.

We enjoyed a very good lunch here. The steak, stroganoff, and goulash were wonderful. Always a challenge to order off a German menu with limited (or no German) speakers in our group, but staff was kind and helpful to us.

We loved the place and the staff. We arrived 2 hours late for dinner on hour first night fue to traffic jam, and they waited for us even though we were the only ones. We stayed for 3 nights. We stayed here with our dog for 1 night. everything went well for us. Room was affordable compared to other hotels. Unfortunately we could not test the wellness area in the short time. Location at the park perfect for dog owners. however, there are cats in the house. good, that there was an elevator, and we always drove directly to the room with the dog :-). we'd love to come back.

Unfortunately I was only in the hotel for a short time, but what I saw is very nice. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is rich. The service is very nice and familiar. You feel right at home there. I would go there again.

They tried to rise the price adding 2 times 5 euro tax...in internet was 110, they asked in the morning 120 in the end i payed 115...be sure to pay in front to avoid paying extra, personal friendly and place was clean
