Stayed for 6 nights. great hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very big for the kids (we took a family room). The hotel location is close to many attractions and places to visit. good breakfast. I am sure we will stay again when visiting at the area
Nice hotel in a nice location with lots to do in 500m walking distance. Price value was very good, I also find the breakfast buffet amazing. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. The stuff is friendly and very nice. What was missing a bit was the love for the details. Wir hatten einen Abend und eine Nacht im Brauereigasthof Rothaus verbracht. Sehr schön am Ortsrand gelegen. Abendessen ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Über die dort gebauten Biere gibt es sowieso kein 2 Meinungen. 1 Klasse. We were to stay Overnight in the brewery. Tasty beer and very tasty food. A star must be deducted, because the bed which would cover more for the Winter than for the days, the temperatures of almost 30 degrees. Otherwise, the brewery is worth a visit. Night not cheap but reasonable.
I had a very enjoyable tour of the factory floor and some great food and of course lots of wonderful beer.
I recommend to take a room and spend the night. With that is included with the tour in the beer garden (with guide only in German). The dishes in the restaurant are very good and at a good price. The rooms are super modern, clean and tidy. Worth it!!
Nice brewery with museum, shops restaurant, walking and bicycle roads, lake where you can swim and take a sun bath. Excellent restaurant with local food and great choice of beer.

From the first hello to the goodbye, this stay was just wonderful. Great service, everyone fond of children, always a smile, everything clean, great food, what more could you ask for? This hotel leaves nothing to be desired!
We had a wonderful long weekend from Thursday to Sunday with the whole family (3 generations). The newly renovated hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and very quietly located in the middle of nature. In this hotel, the children are in the foreground, although the adults are also offered a lot. There are daily activities (crafts, face painting, animal feeding, etc..) that ensure a perfect daily routine...
Starting with the warm welcome by Sue to the many lovely employees in the service and in the kitchen. All around a house where you can only feel good. Everything is lovingly and practically furnished for traveling with children. There are many play opportunities in the hotel, from the playroom at the restaurant, which is supervised during dinner, to the ball pool and the climbing park in the swimming...
Very nice vacation. The concept is great. Big enough for enough variety, small enough for the kids to find their way around immediately. The service is super friendly and the food is very good.
Mega! The hotel is optimized for families down to the last detail. The children have so much freedom, they can do a lot themselves because everything is very child-friendly. The service is great and everyone is extremely hard-working and friendly. Great rooms, very good food, great wellness area in a beautiful landscape, everything is designed with great attention to detail. We'd love to come back...

Very nice place. Yummy food and great ambiance. It’s cozy decorated. Food is really yummy!! Lots of options. Local specialties too.
we were looking to get something to eat yesterday evening . the food was exceptionally good. service was great, friendly also towards the kids, they also have kids toys if you forget to bring some of your own.unfortunalely i forgot to take pictures but i can highly recommend you eat at least once here when you are on holiday in this region.
One of the few places where you feel home. Nice quite area (good for a walk in the forest), great rooms, really good restaurant with service and a smile.
Very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, some with terraces looking out on the countryside. Excellent service, great breakfast!

We have at short notice from 30.08. - 03.09. booked a bungalow in the holiday village. The booking and communication was absolutely uncomplicated and without any problems. Very nice owner and beautiful bungalow that was equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. Great starting point for hikes and not so far away you can reach beautiful excursion destinations such as Schluchsee, Titisee...
no matter who says what ..... perfect! very cleaner accommodation. You could feel at home straight away and switch off. If you want to eat well .. then there

Although I had a nice holiday, I have a divided opinion about this holiday accomodation. When you go in the winter you better make sure you get a wood fire working. (I asked for the owner to get us a hand on it, he prommised to come over but he never showed up). The central woodstove is the only heat source. While our cottage was clean and sufficiently equipped with cooking utensils, brushes, towels...
Basic amenities, no toilet paper, no microwave oven, no electric heating,etc.. No WiFi in the house, there is one WiFi room close to reception Free parking but rather far from the house Relatively far from main attractions (about 25 minutes) There are better alternatives
