I stayed at Hotel Stuttgart 21 for 13 days, and my experience was mixed. During the first five days, my stay was quite disappointing because the hotel felt like a construction area. There was dust everywhere, which made the environment uncomfortable. The breakfast during this period was not good and poorly arranged. However, after the first five days, the situation improved significantly. The construction work was completed, and the breakfast became very good and much better organized. Unfortunately, the fitness center remained closed throughout my entire stay, and when I asked about it, the staff provided different and unclear answers, which was frustrating. I was not happy with the service during the first week, but the hotel showed improvement afterward, possibly due to a change in staff.

The location is tough to call as it is right at the top of the hill so whether you are pushing your luggage upwards or bring them down, it is pretty tiring.
The staff are fantastic though and they offer a lot of help and advice on what to do and how and where to go. Service certainly great here.

Convenience hotel, nice hotel

It's a hotel in desperate need of a renovation. Rooms feel old and worn and feel very dirty. I found hairs (not mine) in the bathroom and mushrooms on the soaps. The extra pillow, well the picture speaks for itself. I was glad it was just one night. It doesn't feel like a safe area when it's dark. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no heating, but the air conditioning is good and there is a subway at the door

The room is clean and tidy. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to the train station. It is also very convenient to walk to the Royal Palace Square and the pedestrian street. Breakfast is buffet.

Great accommodation experience, worth staying for everyone. The hotel is clean and great. Parking is very convenient and easy to find. It is worth visiting for everyone. It is the first choice for business trips and reasonable room prices.

Older, but surprisingly good breakfast

The room cost 1,400 per night. Apart from the bed quilt, bath water, towels and toilet paper, there was not even a bottle of water. The service was also very poor. Low cost performance.
Breakfast is barely passable. You have to ask the waiter for omelettes and egg rolls to be freshly made. You can also sit outside in the garden.
It's not far from the train station, but you still have to walk for a while. The area around the train station is undergoing major renovations, making it difficult to walk around.
Stuttgart is not big and public transportation is convenient.
