Just one frase : TERRIBLE, with old, dirty, carpets, damaged walls, strange people, strange lady’s - all night is a traffic.

A bit of walk from the center (with hill) but large room. No elevator but the staff was very nice enough to carry the luggage up and down.

A lovely little Pension abut 10 minutes' walk from the city centre, and in easy reach of various U-bahn stops. The surrounding Bohnviertel (bean quarter) i delightful, with plenty of shops and character. It is reasonably priced, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the room was good, clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. It's a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as I would have loved a cup of tea after strolling round Stuttgart. that aide, I would recommend this place whole-heartedly.

Had a great stay here, and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the front desk was only open from 6:30am to 12:00 noon most days of the week, and they claimed it was because of Covid. Not a big deal, but it created many small hassles. Maybe they have a good reason, but I don't understand why Covid prevents them from having staff at the front desk 24 hours. There was also no breakfast because of Covid. Seems like all other hotels in Europe are providing these services right now despite Covid.

I have booked a room for one night but didn't know that I would need a negative coronavirus test to check-in. 15 min after my booking i had to cancel obviously, but the pension didn't refund me because this is their policy! They would make no exception! Their way of doing is absolutely disgusting, they took advantage of coronavirus situation to make a small profit. After I complained, they offered me 15% discount for my next booking, but they still didn't get it: there's no way I would book a room anytime soon in their pension! I don't get it how you can be so awful at dealing with customers, we're people, we're not robots!!

The rooms were clean and had the basics. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to town and transport.

It is a lovely hotel for the price. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. In fact, all the staff are great!
The continental style breakfast is perfect! Coffee, cappuccino etc, juice, fruit, meats, cheese and bread.
The only thing that I would say is a negative is if you are a light sleeper because you can hear people walking up the stairs and housekeeping starts around 8:30 am.
