Excellent place near Stuttgart if you plan to visit places around by car. Tasty local food in restaurant. One small minus, not in hotel, in weather - in the November was rainy and a bit cold :(

Good stay, room comfortable and of good size. Lovely location and plenty to see and enjoy. Only issue was the bedroom curtains didn’t close over, so room was light throughout the night and privacy issue being the ground floor room.

We needed a place close to our friends home and this place provided us the necessary amenities. The room was large, mattress was comfortable and we overlooked the gardens in the back. The breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant to work with. They were helpful setting up a taxi for the morning we left. We would stay here again on our next visit.

The location is tough to call as it is right at the top of the hill so whether you are pushing your luggage upwards or bring them down, it is pretty tiring. The staff are fantastic though and they offer a lot of help and advice on what to do and how and where to go. Service certainly great here.

There is no heating, but the air conditioning is good and there is a subway at the door

I did not feel comfortable at the hotel. The mattress is super old, the bed linen seemed old, too. The towels had a weird smell. The sink had a bad design, so the water went all around it. The bathroom door was very loud. A lot of noise from the street. For one night it can be ok though, but not more. The staff was friendly.

Well maintained installation. Clean rooms and very friendly stuff. Breakfast was good and tasty. Also spots for free basement parking. Hotel is away from the city centrer, there are lines but you need quite of time to get there. I believe its a bit overpriced for the level of the hotel.

Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Free parking in garage was great. Rooms were a bit dated. My son burned his arm on a very hot lamp right next to his bed, those should be replaced with LEDs. But overall it was a fine place to sleep.

Absolute top hotel in a “quiet” corner of Stuttgart. Ideal for business trips. The staff is very friendly and nice. The rooms are perfect, large, modern and clean. The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast room and bar are also very inviting. I will stay here again on future trips to Stuttgart! We recommend!

The is a family run hotel with excellent accommodations, super clean rooms, good Wifi and a lovely breakfast. It is slightly outside the center of Stuttgart but there is a metro stop nearby and so the center is easily accessible. It is more economical than hotels in the center.

Hotel has an automatic check in. Basic room, with small batgroom, and basic breakfast.

The hotel is fine in general, however two things need to improve: Breakfast has to be better. The bathroom is so so soooo small that it is impossible to move without squeezing your body between the door and WC/shower.

The hotel is not in the city center, but has 2 u-bahn stations really close (5 min or less) and one s-bahn station around 10 min walking. To the city is is around 15 min by U/S-bahn.... Decent price for rooms and good food in the restaurant. Owner and waiters/resses are very friendly. Great accessability, 1 minute walk from the nearest U-Bahn, 10 mins walk from trainstation and 25 minutes walk from Porsche.

Good location close to important transportation options, great price and clean rooms but there is no AC (only fan) and when we visited the town it was above 30 degrees Celsius. Plus it is not the quietest of places. Overall it is ok for a short stay and on a budget.

We spent one night to visit Cannstatter Volkfest and found the hotel to be easy & safe walking distance to the festival. The hotel was clean and had dedicated parking. All good for our short visit.

The hotel is close to the subway line, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is rather old, the mattresses are not very comfortable, and the rooms have electric fans, but no air conditioning. There was road construction downstairs when I checked in, so it was quite noisy. However, overall the price-performance ratio is acceptable.

What you get for this price: fantastic! The rooms are very spacious, even featuring an extra floor and a kitchenette. Breakfast is also more than enough. The hotel also has ample underground parking, and public transport stops right outside. Pliengen itself is also a nice place to stay, with several good Italian restaurants and the beautiful Hohenheimer Gardens.

This place is yet unfinished, but the currently available space is very well put together, clean, and perfect for staying in the area affordability with no frills. The owner meets you outside, and ushers you in once you arrive and ring him from the doorbell.

People are very nice. The place is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. It is easy to go to the center city, with many public transportations available. I really liked sleeping here. Unfortunately, some other clients lack discretion (talking very loud on the phone, listening to music without earplugs...)

We got a free upgrade from 4 people room to the double room, staff was super friendly the rooms and common areas were reasonably clean. You can borrow the towel for only 1 EUR. The parking area next to the hostel was also very convenient (i recommend to book it with the stuff in advance, the parking places are limited). Overall we had an amazing stay.

To me this hostel reflects the city of Stuttgart - i.e. it's a bit dull. The rooms were fine but not particularly comfortable and the lockers only took very small padlocks. There was very little atmosphere and the bar was very small. Also having to have the key on your phone is a real pain and doesn't always work. My advice is to just go to Munich and Strasbourg instead.
