For the price and our expectations it is surely 5 stars! It's located a bit far from the city center but in a strategic location for concerts (we were there for a concert, and we could walk easily to the Porsche arena).

The rooms are very small but also comfortable, pretty well organized with everything you need. We also slept very well, it was quiet.

They are dog friendly, we traveled with our dog and she was perfectly fine there (you need to pay extra as every other hotel sadly, but at least here you get something, like some prizes and a cup for drinking).

It's small but clean. Practical for a business trip. The check in was a bit confusing as the text instructions were only in German but we got it figured out. The biggest downside was that the wifi signal was too poor to get a connection in my room. I informed the staff so hopefully they can fix it.

We had a pleasant 4 day trip,staff were very obliging and pleasant. The room was clean would have benefit if it had tea,coffee facilities,although it did have a mini bar.

The breakfast was little bit poor for 16 EUR and the breakfast room small. But other was ok.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 weeks in October in their Arena view room which was perfect for our family. It had an open plan layout with a kitchen, dining area and living area and 2 large bedrooms. The room was clean and new and we loved the view from the top floor. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city but also close enough to walk to the tram station and other main sites. We had a lovely breakfast every morning and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely and relaxing stay and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Stuttgart.

My favorite place to stay at when in Stuttgart, Germany. This is a little outside the city center but it has access to a tram/ straßenbahn about 50m away from the hotel. It is very easy to access and is approximately a 10min tram ride
To Schlossplatz. They may not have a star rating or elevator but the hotel is clean and cozy. They also serve a simple but quality breakfast. Their breakfast is always prepared fresh. Also, I am loving their newly renovated area on the top floor called the “Arena View Apartment”. It is approximately 70sqm with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downside is that it has no air conditioning system so it might be a little warm during summer. However it will be a perfect place to stay at during winter, spring and fall. The staff are also warm and accomodating.

Slept here for a weekend and was very satisfied with the overall experience. Very friendly and flexible staff, everything was very uncomplicated and has absolutely met (or exceeded) my expectations. Room was spacious enough, bathroom and shower were on the tighter side if you are a bigger person. Bed was comfortable and allowed to get a good rest (felt like a new mattress).

Didn’t have the breakfast or a look at the Spa area so no comment on those.

Would recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway!

A star for the Asian sections at the reception, and more. It has already started so that the hotel costs were debited to the departure two weeks prior to the trip and I had to put the check in 50€ Deposit behind. I thought to myself, what a strange concept. Checked-in, high-ran...it was awful. Everywhere a Poot Poot smell. Dark, very narrow aisle, everywhere is filthy and disgusting. The rooms are just as bad, apart from the fact that it was pretty small. Think not worse oh but the next day I saw in the bathroom a little livestock. Not a cockroach, but something similar. Small, black and it was going around. After that, I'm not walking around without shoes. This little friend was the next day still there. Apparently, he has probably felt - in the Gegansatz to me. At Breakfast, I ate nothing that was not Packed. Cleanliness is really a foreign word. Something I've never seen before. I hope that the health Department time has come to visit. I'll definitely be never again. Relax Hotel - extraordinary Hotel with a special disgust-factor.

Very worn Hotel. Unclean, unkempt. Parking in front of the house will cost 7.50. Were charged 9.50. Certainly one of the worst Hotels in which I was in the last few years. Nix Wellness, looks more like a cheap love hotel
