Super convenient and excellent value. A very comfortable stay right in the centre of the city, close to the train station and the Minster. Beds very comfortable, shower cubicle a little weird, but good hot water and very friendly and helpful reception staff.

5 stars to this small hotel in a perfect location literally 5 mins walk from Munster Platz and 150 m away from a underground parking which has super fare for the night (5 euro) ! Modern, clean and reasonably priced

The hotel was conveniently located, close to the minster. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was delicious, with many fresh options, and beautifully arranged.

It is a secluded place nearby of everything, the breakfast could be better compare to hotels in ulm with the same price

I booked the lease expense room because I was only staying for one night. The room was very difficult to get comfortable in. It was very small and the area to set the luggage in was very difficult to use. The ceiling was slanted in several areas of the room including the shower. I would book one of their larger rooms next time.

We booked the cheapest room on Expedia. While it was small and inexpensive, it was very clean, quiet, and adequate for one night for a couple. The other rooms looked more spacious. The staff were polite and kind. We didn't have the hotel breakfast, but it looked similar to breakfast offerings at comparable hotels. If we visit Ulm again, we would be happy to stay here again, but we would probably book a larger room.

Friendly front desk check in staff they also part time as breakfast service staff, kudos to them. Stayed here on 1May24, labour day most of the shops were closed. Love our family room on the top of the building. Could see the tip of the church. Room was ready at 3pm when we checked in. Many wall sockets available for charging. Kettle provided and a bottle of water in the fridge. Not alot of hanging spaces for the bathroom. Breakfast spread was fabulous, loved it.
